Research On Spatial Organization And Design Of Industrial Park Based On GIS Technology

As an important way to develop the economy and improve the urban layout and construction,the industrial park is the main spatial aggregation form of regional economic development and industrial adjustment and upgrading.It becomes the main driving force for the development of local economy and society,especially in a series of important functions and missions,such as gathering industrial resources,innovating industrial work,cultivating new industries and promoting the development and construction of urban social and economy.The space organization and design of industrial park is the core content of the industrial park construction.It determines the goal and direction of the future development of the park.Reasonable and orderly industrial spatial organization and design is an important support and basic guarantee for the industrial park's ecological,scientific and sustainable development.Through the powerful data and spatial analysis and processing ability of GIS technology,it can not only manage and deal with massive spatial data effectively,but also make the necessary correlation between spatial data and attribute data so as to achieve the target of effective use of various data.Therefore,GIS technology can help designers to carry out visual and rational simulation,selection and evaluation of the design of industrial park space organization to a great extent,thus effectively correcting the shortcomings of the heavy text,graphics,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis in the traditional industrial park space organization.As the application of GIS technology in the industrial park space organization and design in China is still in the blank stage,the management of spatial data and attribute data is still in the state of separation.In view of this,this study applies GIS technology to the spatial organization of industrial parks for the first time to consider the spatial organizationproblem of architecture with mesoscale thinking.The innovation of "Research on the spatial organization and design of industrial park based on GIS technology" has made up the gap,and with the interrelated and in-depth study of related knowledge in the future,it provides a certain reference for the wider,scientific,effective and full application of GIS in the design of urban space organization and related fields.This study takes the industrial park of Jinan City of Shandong Province as the research area,through the research on the related basis of the industrial park space organization and the support of GIS technology,draws on the related theories and practical experiences of the national space organization,summarizes the factors of the impact of the industrial park space organization,and establishes the spatial information digital model and database of the industrial park.It analyzes and quantifies the influencing factors of the industrial park space organization by using the Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),from three aspects of geographical information,industrial resources and urban environment.The study selects 9 influencing factors of slope,slope,hydrological information,supporting resources,competitive resources and public transportation node,the urban road grade,the intersection node and the supporting environment to establish the comprehensive analysis system of the industrial park space organization.Through the spatial superposition analysis,the study comprehensively quantifies and analyzes the spatial organization of the industrial park is and,on this basis,puts forward the optimization design scheme of the industrial park space organization.The results of the study show that:First,GIS technology and industrial park spatial organization summarized,the basic ideas and research contents of the industrial park space organization are clarified,the ways and countermeasures of the spatial organization of the industrial park are put GIS technology in the spatial organization of industrial parks1.Construct the basic database of spatial information of Industrial ParkAccording to the basic theory of industrial park space organization,through the status survey and with RS,GPS and all kinds of original data as the data source,the spatial information of the data source is extracted.The geographic information database of industrial park space organization is established through the digital elevation model.Vector data and grid data are extracted by ArcGIS,and the spatial information database of industrial park space organization is established.2.Selection and quantitative analysis of influencing factors of spatial organizationThe selection principle of the impact factor of industrial park space organization is put forward.Through the Delphi expert evaluation method,the factors affecting the spatial organization of industrial park are analyzed,and the three influential factors of the industrial park space organization are composed of geographical information,industrial resources and the urban environment,and the decisive factor of the industrial park spatial organization is determined.The influencing factors were quantitatively processed and analyzed.3.Construction of comprehensive analysis system of the spatial organization of industrial parks(1)ArcGIS spatial analysis function and the analytic hierarchy process is used to quantify the impact factors of the industrial park on the four targets of internal traffic,external traffic,industrial core area and supporting service area,and the factors affecting the slope,slope and hydrology are analyzed,the analytic hierarchy process analysis model is established,andthe weight of each influence factor in each goal of the industrial park space organization is generated.(2)Through the GIS technology combined with the impact factor quantitative data and its weight,the spatial weighted superposition analysis is carried out to form a single analysis chart of the industrial park space organization,and the comprehensive analysis system of the industrial park space organization is constructed.4.Design optimization of industrial park space organization based on GIS technologyThrough the spatial weighted superposition analysis of ArcGIS,the location and location of the most suitable distribution of industrial parks are clearly obtained.The area and traffic of the core industry are arranged in the most suitable areas,and the spatial distribution of the supporting service areas should be arranged around the area of the core industry in the appropriate area.Third,the spatial organization design practice of industrial park based on GIS technologyThe suitability of GIS technology in the spatial organization of an industrial park in Licheng District,Ji'nan,Shandong province is analyzed.The influencing factor of industrial park space organization is quantized by ArcGIS,and the weight value of each influence factor in the study area is determined by analytic hierarchy process,and the spatial organization land is divided into five suitability analysis charts of very suitable,more suitable,suitable,unsuitable and very unsuitable,providing a basis for the spatial organization design and program evaluation of the industrial park.
