With the development of science and technology,the reliability requirement of the system is more strict in engineering.How to improve the reliability of the system to optimize the system has become a problem of great concern in the practical work system.In this paper,the optimization analysis of various system is carried out.Firstly,the optimization of system reliability is studied by using factor method and redundancy method,and then the optimization of system maintenance strategy is analyzed.Firstly,the optimization of a two-unit series unrepairable system with a cold standby component is studied.and the reliability of the original system and the improved system under the condition of independent system components and system components FGM copula dependence are discussed respectively.The reliability equivalent factor is introduced to compare the reliability of different improved systems,and the equivalence of the two methods is discussed.At the same time,the reliability and cost of the system are improved,and two factors are taken into account to study the optimized system design scheme.Secondly,the repairable system is discussed.The two-unit series system with a cold standby component and two-unit series system with a hot standby component are studied,and the optimization problems of the two-state repairable system are discussed.In this paper,the universal generating function is introduced to analyze the availability and optimization of a two-unit series repairable polymorphic system with a hot standby component.By comparing the performance to price ratio of the optimized system with an example,the optimized system improvement scheme is discussed.Finally,based on geometric process and renewal reward theorem,the maintenance strategy of two-unit series system with a hot standby component is analyzed.The replacement strategy is the fault N of component 1.The optimal maintenance strategy*N is studied to minimize the maintenance cost per unit time under long-term operation of the system.
