As the structure of the equipment gradually develops in the direction of intelligence and complexity,the reliability of the equipment seriously affects the stability and security of system operation.When equipment fails,failure to adopt effective maintenance methods for the system will result in insufficient maintenance resources or excessive maintenance resources,cause frequent system shutdowns,and cause huge economic losses to the enterprise.In this paper,based on the consideration of reliability optimization,based on the importance theory,this paper proposes the lowest-cost opportunistic maintenance strategy optimization model for a multi-component series system to improve the availability of the system.The research content of the thesis mainly includes the following aspects:(1)An expert scoring method is used for a multi-component series system to score each component in the system under four factors,and calculate the reliability of the components in the system at work.Compare it with the reliability of component allocation,find out the system components that need to be optimized,and build a cost function to improve system reliability.Through simulation analysis,the accuracy of system reliability allocation optimization is verified.(2)After optimizing the reliability of the system,study the preventive maintenance strategy of the system during the operating cycle,introduce the opportunity maintenance factor of the system and the Birnbaum importance of the component,and then use the component's maintenance interval as the basis for the system.The objective is to minimize the cost in a certain operating period,and to constrain the ratio of the chance maintenance factor to the importance of the component Birnbaum and the availability of the system to meet certain requirements,establish an optimization model for the opportunity maintenance of a series system based on the importance of the component.Through Matlab simulation analysis,the optimal maintenance decision of each component of the multi-component series system is obtained.It is verified that the formulated maintenance strategy can reducethe maintenance cost of the system in the operating cycle and improve the system's availability.And after introducing the Birnbaum importance of the components,it can be judged that prioritizing the maintenance of components that are more important to the system can effectively reduce the maintenance cost of the system in a limited operating cycle and increase the availability of the system.It provides a good reference for enterprises to formulate equipment maintenance plans.(3)Taking the equipment of XX enterprise as the research object,the component-related data was applied to the reliability allocation optimization model and the opportunity maintenance model,and the model results were simulated and analyzed to formulate a scientific and reasonable maintenance plan for the enterprise.
