Ocean is rich in resources, with great potential for development and utilization. There is still life in deep,dark,high-pressure,low-temperature,poor nutrition extreme environments. These deep-sea creatures rely on oxidation-reduction reactions in extreme environments to utilize chemical energy from different sources, and their unique metabolic pathways, metabolites and gene types have important the value of scientific research. However, laboratory simulation training and deep-sea sampling research have limitations and can not meet research requirements. Therefore, the researchers need a experimental devices that can realize artificial induction culture in the deep-sea environment and record the process.Based on the practical application requirements, the existing training devices are summarized and improved. And the design and development of a time series in situ observation device for deep-sea experimental ecosystem that can carry independent working systems is proposed. It will introduce the following parts in detail of the research and work:First of all,the background and significance of the time series in situ observation device for deep-sea experimental ecosystem is given. The limitations of laboratory training and deep sea sampling are summarized.Secondly, according to the practical requirements, the functional requirements of the device are given, and the overall scheme design is carried out.The device is divided into training observation system, liquid injection reaction system and power supply control system for introduction, including the design of deep sea peristaltic pump, reaction chamber, incubator, door closing trigger mechanism, control circuit and control program. The strength of the key parts have been designed and checked, and the overall model is given. In the design of deep-sea peristaltic pumps, finite element simulation analysis and experimental verification of the high-pressure dynamic sealing problem encountered are carried out.The friction torque of the Cheshi seal under different pressures is known, and relationship of themis linear. The deep-sea Peristaltic pump motor torque parameter selection problem is solved. Finally, the single loop flow calculation and life test of deep-sea peristaltic pump are carried out.The triggering mechanism of the door closing mechanism is verified by experiment and the pullout force is measured. Finally, the overall wiring of the device is completed, and the circuit and function debugging are carried out.The lander is equipped with a short-term functional test in the South China Sea to provide feasibility verification for long-term deployment.
