With the development of artificial intelligence technology and brain neuroscience, the hybrid intelligent application and technology of brain intelligence and machine intelligence has become a hot topic in interdisciplinary field. There must be a lot of secret waiting to be discovered for sleep as a physiological activity for all living things. Therefore, the study of sleep mechanism has caused a small upsurge in the field of neuroscience.Neural circuits in the hippocampus play an important role in the learning and memory function of biology. When the mice were asleep or partially awake,in the neural circuits of the hippocampal structure of the rat brain region, the local field potential of the neurons often repeated specific neural oscillations. In order to further study the effects of sleep on learning and memory function,we first need to study the methods of real-time detection and intervention of specific repetitive oscillatory activities in the hippocampus. Therefore, this paper designs a closed-loop hybrid intelligent system for sleep detection intervention in mice. The Plexon company design the use of 64 nerve signal data acquisition system, based on the USB serial port communication pulse transmitter, electric stimulation equipment of system hardware parts,at the same time based on Juce class library and the Open-Ephys development platform design development visual control terminal as the software part of the system,to form a complete sleep test intervention closed-loop system in mice. The whole system has two characteristics of low delay and no artificial participationFinally, the system is used to analyze the frequency of Ripple events in the sleep of mice. The results show that the system can effectively detect the oscillatory wave of sleep in mice and successfully interfere with the sleep of mice,so as to provide a tool for further study on sleep and memory.
