Through the exploration of animal neural signal coding analysis and motor behavior regulation,people will understand the brain better to provide reference for electric stimulation in the treatment of brain neuropathy,and promote the practical development of animal robots.In animal models,pigeon have become an ideal experimental animal because of its unique space navigation characteristics,the ability to fly long distances,the advantages of a sensitive response,and so on.In order to make full use of these advantages of pigeon in carrying out neural signal coding analysis and motion regulation,there is a need for a pigeon-worn system to remotely record pigeon neural signals and apply current stimulation to the pigeon according to the state of signals to form a closed-loop regulation.However,there is no such a wearable closed-loop control system for pigeon.In existing neural signal acquisition systems or stimulation control systems,the wired system limits the free movement of the pigeon,and the wireless system cannot allow the pigeon to move in large area due to the limitation of the communication distance.Aiming at this problem,this thesis has designed a pigeon wearable neural signal detection and stimulation closed-loop control system.The system can collect pigeon neural signals and analysis the signal simply.According to the results of the analysis,the pigeon is subjected by micro-current,thus forming closed-loop regulation.At the same time,the system stores the collected neural signals and the recording of stimulation to be used for later analysis.In addition,the system has the characteristics of miniaturization and low power consumption,which allows the pigeon to wear normally and can be used for neural signal detection and stimulation regulation of pigeon under a wide area of free activities.The main work of this thesis has the following aspects:1.According to the needs of the detection and stimulation of neural signals in a wide area of activities of the pigeon,the overall design of the system has been formulated to realize the analysis of of collecting,recording,analyzing and regulating the neural signals of pigeon.At the same time,it has the characteristics of miniaturization and low power consumption to meet the needs of the pigeon wear requirements.2.The hardware and software design of the system is completed,including the hardware design of the core control unit,neural signal acquisition and conversion unit,bidirectional micro current pulse stimulation unit,memory unit,and the software design of each unit.3.The experimental verification of the system is achieved.The size of the system is 55mm×32mm×23mm and the weight is 27 g,which allows the pigeon to wear normally.The simulation test is completed,including power consumption test,neural signal acquisition and storage module test,and micro current stimulation module test.The results show that the system has low power consumption,so that it can work for a long time,and each module can work normally.In the end,the in vivo experiment of the pigeon is verified by the whole system.The results show that the system can realize the function of detecting and recording neural signals in the free state of pigeons and regulating them by micro-current stimulation.
