With the development of remote sensing technology,it has been widely applied to ocean fields and obtained a large number of marine remote sensing data.The more common marine remote sensing data is the MODIS remote sensing data.The processing of MODIS can get the chlorophyll a concentration,suspended sediment concentration,sea surface temperature and red tide warning area,and can make early warning of marine disasters and marine pollution.At present,when using envi software to obtain information of marine elements by MODIS data,the operating process is too complex,and the processing efficiency is too low to meet the need of timely accessing to relevant information on the marine environment,and can not timely make early warning of marine disasters and marine pollution.Thus,development of a software system to achieve rapid processing of MODIS ocean remote sensing data,and to ensure the accuracy of the marine information obtain a very important significance.In order to resolve the problems above,in this paper,we use the IDL programming to implement the software system of MODIS ocean remote sensing data processing and precision debugging,and achieve the processing of open MODIS images,judge cloud cover degree,judging whether the data contains processing area,mod02 image resampling,GLT file created using the MOD03 and the file used for geometric correction,created through the vector data of ROIs,atmospheric correction and band operations and generation of raster data product.The data processing module can quickly get information of marine elements of seawater chlorophyll a concentration,suspended sediment concentration,sea surface temperature and sea water anomaly area and other factors by MODIS ocean remote sensing data,and simultaneously realizing the function of the precision of retrieval model debugging in this paper.Debugging features extract the elements of marine remote sensing of existing inversion model and debugging model inversion by using a lot of MODIS ocean remote sensing data,and the program will receive the product data values and marine measured value in order to get the difference,mean value and root mean square error and generate data tables and scatter plots,automaticly accessing the high accuracy of the inversion model,ensuring the accuracy of the information obtained from the marine environment.By this software system,it improves the efficiency of MODIS data processing and can timely access the China ocean environmental information and make marine early warning of marine disasters and marine pollution.The software system is also an integrated part of the Hebei satellite remote sensing application platform,which has made a certain contribution to the ecological balance of Hebei ocean and the prevention of marine pollution and disaster in Hebei sea area.
