Study On The Development Of Marine Sports Tourism Resources And Products In Xi Sha Islands

With the steady improvement of China’s economy,the demand for tourism has gradually increased,from the traditional visiting type to the form of participatory tourism that can be experienced.Marine sports tourism is gradually favored by tourists,relying on its own characteristics of maritime nature,experience and participation.The purpose of this paper is to promote the marine sports tourism industry in Xi Sha Islands,taking Xi Sha Islands marine sports tourists,marine sports tourism resources and products as research objects.Combined with the theory of point and axis and the theory of tourism product combination,we use literature,expert consultation,questionnaire survey,field interviews,mathematical statistics analysis and other research methods.164 marine sports tourists in Xi Sha Islands were investigated.The basic situation of Xi Sha Islands marine sports tourism is analyzed,and the marine sports tourism resources and products of Xi Sha Islands are analyzed by SWOT.In particular,the development of marine sports tourism resources and product combination of Xi Sha Islands was studied.It enriches the contents of the development of marine sports tourism resources and products in Xi Sha Islands,provides some theoretical support for the development of tropical marine sports tourism,and provides practical reference for the development and sustainable development of marine sports tourism in Xi Sha Islands.Research shows:1.The characteristics of marine sports tourists in Xisha Islands are obvious and have a certain potential tourism market.Marine sports tourism activities are favored by young and middle-aged tourists with high academic qualifications,considerable income and fixed jobs.Among them,70.1% of the marine sports tourists would like to visit the Xisha Islands again.89.6% of the people are willing to recommend others to travel to the Xisha Islands.2.Through factor analysis,it is found that there are three types of marine sports tourism motivation and tourism feeling respectively.The KMO value,Butler spherical test value,factor load,cumulative variance interpretation rate and so on,all reached a higher level.Tourists’ tourism motivation tends to be "environmental experience","health care consumption" and "sports experience".Tourists’ perception of the amenities of marine sports tourism facilities in the Xisha Islands,friendly and warm service,and factors of tourism experience is relatively high,but about a quarter of the tourists have not yet reached their expectations.The development of marine sports tourism in the Xisha Islands has broad room for progress.3.The Xisha Islands have favorable geographical location and favorable conditions fordeveloping marine sports tourism.The Xisha Islands,located in the Pacific Ocean,are the coastal guard outposts and the transit stations of the "Maritime Silk Road" in China.The sea area is vast,the beaches are of high quality,the islands are beautiful,and the tropical marine living resources are diverse.4.The exploitation of marine sports tourism resources and products in Xisha Islands is influenced by many factors.The advantages lie in natural climate,hydrology and diverse marine resources,and the opportunities lie in national policy support and the "Maritime Silk Road of the 21 st Century" strategy,The disadvantages lie in typhoon impact,small island area,fragile ecological environment,lack of fresh water resources,late tourism development,backward infrastructure,etc.The threat lies in the complex political and military situation in the South China Sea and the increasingly competitive marine sports tourism market at home and abroad.5.Xisha Islands marine sports tourism resources are very rich,resources are diverse,there are 8 main classes,22 subclasses,48 basic types,has a national scarcity and monopoly of sports tourism resources.According to the distribution of the resources of the islands in the Xisha Islands,the marine sports tourism resources of the Xisha Islands can be divided into four series: beach rock type,exploration and science popularization type,island type and development type.6.Xisha Islands marine sports tourism products rich and diverse,can develope leisure,exploration,folklore,development,fishing villages,diving,cruise and other 10 product types.The can carry out beach sports,marine activities,blue hole exploration,submarine sports,diving,rehabilitation and other projects,but the average combination depth of sports tourism products is only 4.7.Suggestion:1.the development of marine sports tourism in Xi Sha Islands should be guided by theory and planning.At present,the development of marine sports tourism in Xi Sha Islands is still at the initial stage,and the marine sports tourism resources and product development are lagging behind.Therefore,we should pay more attention to theoretical planning,moderate advance and combine with practice.2.during the development of marine sports tourism resources and products in Xi Sha Islands,we must adhere to the principle of "development and protection","market regulation and government intervention".Adhere to the harmonious coexistence between man and nature,establish and practice the "beautiful scenery is jinshanyinshan concept,follow the green development and protection of the principle of priority.3.pay attention to the guidance of the government,actively attract investment,strengthen the linkage of enterprises,develop and improve the marine sports tourism product combination,and create special products.At present,the development of marine sports tourism in Xi Sha Islands is still in its initial stage,with backward infrastructure and single product types.It needs active cooperation and orderly development,expanding market and enhancing competitiveness.4.constantly improve the tourism environment and set up a good destination image of sports tourism.The introduction of sports tourism talents,the provision of professional marine sports tourism services,and constantly improve the tourism environment,the establishment of a comprehensive three-dimensional way of publicity,improve the visibility at home and abroad,and actively create a good marine sports tourism destination image.
