A Study On The Development And Utilization Of Hainan Sports Culture Tourism Resources Under The Background Of International Tourism Consumption Center Construction

On April 11^th,2018,the guidance of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on supporting the comprehensive deepening reform and opening up of Hainan（hereinafter referred to as the’guidance’）was officially released.The’guidance’puts forward the strategic development orientation of three districts and one center in Hainan Province,namely comprehensively deepening reform and opening up pilot area,national ecological civilization pilot area,international tourism consumption center and national major strategic service guarantee area.As one of the strategic development orientation of comprehensively deepening the reform and opening up of Hainan,the international tourism consumption center is extremely important.In order to strengthen the basic role of consumption in economic development,promote consumption quality and expansion,and accelerate the construction of Hainan International Tourism Consumption Center,Hainan has introduced the’14th Five-Year Plan for the Construction of International Tourism Consumption Center in Hainan Province’,and established the goal that the International Tourism Consumption Center will be basically completed by2025.The planning requires to improve the quality of tourism consumption development and stimulate the vitality of sports tourism market to promote consumption quality and expansion.At the same time,under the background of building a large domestic cycle as the main body and promoting the development pattern of domestic and international double cycles,Hainan needs to accelerate the upgrading of the tourism industry to build an international tourism consumption center.By using the methods of literature review,field research and interview,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the development of sports and cultural tourism resources in Hainan.It is found that the structural reform of the supply side of Hainan tourism has achieved remarkable results.The development of sports and cultural tourism can promote consumption to further improve quality and expand capacity,not only to promote tourism consumption,but also to adjust the consumption structure and benefit the people’s livelihood.It is urgent to basically build an international tourism consumption center in 2025.In order to achieve this goal,we should fully develop and utilize Hainan sports culture tourism resources,improve the support system,and standardize the healthy and orderly development of the industry;set up industrial cluster and exert industrial linkage effect;focus on promotion at home and abroad,strategic planning promotion;based on Hainan tropical island sports culture characteristics,build international sports brand;adhere to the resources development and protection simultaneously,take the road of sustainable development.
