Game Theory Analysis Of Water Environment Management The Erhai Basin

At present,the protection of water environment in Erhai Lake Basin has become a hot topic in the field.Especially on January 20,2015,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized the necessity of "protecting Erhai Lake" in the Cuisheng Village of Erhai Lake Basin.Yunnan Provincial Party Committee,the provincial government,the government of Dali Prefecture and the environmental protection department of Erhai Lake basin responded positively with a high sense of responsibility and set up the strategic command group of the seven actions of water pollution control in Erhai Lake Basin to start the strategic decision and strategic deployment of water pollution control and rescue in Erhai Lake Basin.In fact,since the national and local governments formulated policies and implemented the governance of water pollution in Erhai Lake Basin,they have carried out a series of activities including the classification of domestic waste,domestic sewage treatment,non-point source pollution of farmland,Industrial wastewater pipe network emissions treatment and other comprehensive environmental management projects,invested a lot of money,manpower and material resources.After all these years’ efforts,the water quality of Erhai Lake basin has indeed been improved to a certain extent,but it can not be optimistic.The government should,in conjunction with the relevant government departments,draw lessons from the successful experiences of water environment management in Erhai Lake Basin and fit the characteristics of the economically underdeveloped,socially-developed and humane education in the villages and towns around Lake Erhai,and find out the key factors restricting the water environment governance in Erhai Lake Basin.Root cause,solve the bottleneck of water pollution control in Erhai Lake Basin,as soon as possible to achieve the goal of water pollution control in Erhai Lake Basin.Based on the inherent characteristics of the water environment in the Erhai Lake Basin,this study selected the villages and towns around the lake in Erhai Lake Basin,and applied gray system theory to explore the main factors affecting the water environment governance in Erhai Lake Basin.Combining the game theory-related knowledge,Trying to break the boundaries of the main influencing factors,providing some policy suggestions for protection of the stakeholders in Erhai Lake and promotionthe process of water pollution control in Erhai Lake Basin,and finally providing theoretical basis and policy suggestions for the goal of protecting Erhai Lake.
