Offshore platform project scheduling optimization is crucial step in the process of offshore platform construction,the scheduling process is reasonable or not will directly affect the efficiency of the offshore platform construction and enterprise economic benefits.In the vast majority of cases,multiple projects of the construction of offshore platform are carried out together,namely,multiple projects will use limited resources together,which leads to Marine engineering enterprises generally facing the unbalanced allocation of resources,poor quality,the project anticipated delay and high cost.On the one hand,in order to avoiding the project exceed the time limit,offshore platform construction will excessive consume some certain resources and increase the cost budget;On the other hand,in order to reduce costs,it can lead to platform quality can't meet the requirements of owners,etc.To solve the above problems,this article studies the technology related to offshore platform project multi-objective scheduling,according to research,design and develop a prototype system,which proves the feasibility of results.Based on the quality,progress,cost,three areas of project management,this article analyze the present situation and problems of research on offshore platform project management,and project management is studied in multi-objective project scheduling optimization theory and related solving intelligent algorithm.On this basis,based on the business process of the offshore platform project,this article analyze the multiple constraints and multimodal scheduling characteristics which are showed in the process of offshore platform project scheduling,and its corresponding scheduling problem solving scheme.In order to ensure the rationality of the model of the problems and solving method,analyzed and summarized the relationship between the two of three optimization goal: resources,quality and cost.Considering that the offshore platform construction has the characteristics of high complexity and uncertainty,combined with multiple targets mutually exclusive,target significance differences,offshore platform multi-objective scheduling optimization problem can be divided into two stages,In the first stage,build out of the duration optimization model of multi-project scheduling of multiple constraints,and based on hybrid genetic simulated annealing algorithm solve the scheduling optimization model;In the second stage,phase a pattern for a multi-objective multimodal scheduling model,and based on the strategy of zone elite rapid and dominant genetic algorithm(NSGA-?)solve the scheduling model.Finally using the enterprise instance data verify the feasibility of the model and algorithm.Comprehensive the above research results,this article based on B/S structure,using the Spring development framework,Oracle database,and a variety of web front-end development technology to design and develop the offshore project multi-objective scheduling optimization management system,and change the results of the study into engineering application system.Verified,the proposed scheduling methods and research results realized the scheduling optimization of multiple targets,shortens the duration of offshore platform construction project,and effectively enhance the capacity of Marine engineering project schedule management.helping enterprises to improve resources balanced utilization,reduce construction cost and improve the quality of the offshore platform construction.
