In today's ever-changing times,the demand for electronic devices is getting bigger and bigger.In daily life,people's mobile phones,MP3 players,MP4 and other digital devices need constant power support.However,in daily life,people use most of the rechargeable treasure,although it can continue to supply power,but the capacity of electricity is limited,the quantity of electricity cannot be continuously supplied;Not only that,it is important that the continuous power supply is used by the modern informationization single-soldier system or used for other single-soldier electronic devices.So we need a power generator that's going to be continuously powered.The new capacitance transducer can change the capacity of the capacitor by changing the dielectric of the variable capacitor,and the mechanical energy can be converted into electric energy.The capacitance transducer has the characteristics of simple structure and convenient manufacture,so it has high research value.In this paper,the structural features of capacitance transducer are introduced,and the capacitance of capacitance is changed by changing the distance between the top and bottom plates.According to the limitation of the traditional capacitor devices,we studied the new type of capacitive transducer,not only broke the traditional capacitance of the dielectric can't change,and when the process properly,will do a thin glass tube,to raise the effect of energy conversion.New type of capacitive transducer is mainly using liquid gallium indium tin in alcohol does not produce infiltration phenomenon,so that the liquid metal as the flow of the dielectric,outside the glass tube welding electrodes,plated by the liquid metal,welding electrodes plating glass tube,forms a new type of capacitive transducer and alcohol,and through theoretical analysis,we identified two factors,which affect the capacitor energy conversion.Program with the matlab software simulation after the external pressure applied to the electrolyte,liquid metal in a glass tube,the change of capacitance value of the variable capacitance and voltage value,calculate the variable capacitor energy output.This paper makes a theoretical analysis for the finite element analysis of the next chapter.Then the analysis of the new capacitance transducer by using ANSYS finite element software is described.We are making a finite element modeling of a new type of capacitive transducer,conducted in liquid metal and the top and bottom plates overlap in full variable capacitance of electric field,potential analysis and liquid metal and the top and bottom plate electrode deviation in full variable capacitance of electric field,potential analysis.At the same time,two factors affecting the energy conversion of capacitance are changed.The results of the finite element analysis are compared with the theoretical formula,and the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified.In the end,we designed the automatic charging and discharging system using laser,photosensitive resistance module and single-chip microcomputer.Use of high energy laser beam fine and precision higher characteristic and resistance characteristic of the photosensitive resistance with light,through the photosensitive resistance module to output high and low level MCU,to automatically for capacitor charging and discharging.When the photosensitive resistor receives the laser signal,the photosensitive resistance module outputs the high level,the triode guide,thus controlling the charging of the external power supply to the variable capacitor;When the photosensitive resistor receives the laser signal,the photosensitive resistance module outputs the low level,the triode ends,so that the external power supply and the variable capacitor can not form the loop,then the charging cannot be charged.Discharge system using photosensitive resistance module equally microcontroller output high and low level,when the photosensitive resistance to accept to the laser signal,photosensitive resistance module,output level discharging circuit triode cut-off,discharge circuit does not constitute a loop,collect wrong capacitance of power;When the photosensitive resistance to accept to the laser signal,photosensitive resistance module output low level,discharge circuit triode conduction,discharge circuit with variable capacitor circuit,to collect the variable capacitance of power.Finally,we combine the above calculation and simulation to make a summary and prospect.
