Dynamics is a branch of theoretical mechanics,and also an important research field of applied mathematics.The dynamic method has been applied to various fields such as mechanics,physics,biology etc,and as an important tool.This paper mainly uses dynamics modeling and analysis to study the brain drug delivery dynamics and the H7N9 transmission law,from the microscopic and macroscopic perspectives.This article studies the following two aspects: First,use micro-dynamics model to study the process of brain administration,how the drugs to quickly enter the brain tissue in the shortest time?the condition of drugs after entering the brain tissue and the influence of adding external factors on drug administration;Second,use macro-dynamics models to study the transmiting tendency of H7N9,which to illustrate the application of dynamic models in pharmacokinetics and epidemiology,it provides a certain theoretical basis for the control of related diseases.Major work:Chapter 1,firstly,gives the research background?significance of brain diseases and H7N9 flu.Then,it introduces the domestic and foreign research status of these two types of diseases and the research methods of dynamic models.Finally,the main research content of our work is depicted.In Chapter 2,according to the actual process of taking medicines for patients with brain diseases,there is a self-absorbing process when the medicine enters the human body.Establishing a micro-dynamic model without ultrasound based on the self-diffusion of the drug in the human body for the target treatment of brain diseases,then performing the qualitative analysis and numerical simulation of the model.In chapter 3,introduces ultrasound and drug-loaded liposomes on the basis of the second chapter.Then uses the process of liposome-targeted brain administration as the main body,establishing a micro-dynamic model based on changes of liposomes?ultrasound and drug concentration by the mechanism of blood-brain-barrier drug penetration,and use a time-lag in the model to reflect the time difference between adding ultrasound and injecting liposomes.Finally,numerical simulation of model was given.In chapter 4,establishes a class macroscopic dynamic model of non-autonomous infectious diseases by studies the transmission mechanism of H7N9 flu,and the infection rate is periodical,then the qualitative analysis and numerical simulation of the model are given.Fitting and estimate about the monthly human cases data of H7N9 released by the Ministry of Health,and give the defense measures under the periodic infection.In chapter 5,the conclusions and the prospects are given.
