| In the long process of development,human beings have gradually precipitated all kinds of splendid civilizations and formed a variety of cultural heritage.The intangible cultural heritage is an important part of the vast heritage that can not be ignored.It draws the extraordinary wisdom of mankind to form a unique national culture and the Baihua garden of the boundary culture throgh years.The smooth passage of the Convention on the protection of the intangible cultural heritage in October 2003,which has made the "intangible cultural heritage" into the global public view.All countries have taken measures to join the protection action and contribute to the development of national and the world culture.After several years of development,the theoretical exploration of intangible cultural heritage is becoming more and more perfect,and practice research is gradually maturing.In recent years,with the continuous promotion of market economy,tourism development has gradually become a new hot spot in the practice field of intangible cultural heritage.The effective combination of the two can not only drive the development of tourism but also promote the protection of intangible cultural heritage.However,realizing sustainable tourism development of the intangible cultural heritage is not an easy work.It is necessary to rely on the government and other relevant departments to make a scientific and systematic tourism development strategy,based on the regional resource endowment and regional development planning.Zhanjiang is rich in cultural resources,and its economic development is facing important opportunities.However,the application of intangible cultural heritage tourism development is still very lacking.Based on this,the article begins with the academic dynamic and theoretical basis of the intangible cultural heritage at home and abroad,and through the field survey to master the general situation and characteristics of the intangible cultural heritage resources in Zhanjiang.Secondly,according to the actual situation of intangible cultural heritage resources in Zhanjiang,two evaluation systems areformulated from the qualitative and quantitative perspective so as to evaluate the tourism value of intangible cultural heritage resources in Zhanjiang Finally,govermet departmet should put forward the management countermeasures to discuss the feasible path of tourism development of intangible cultural heritage resources in Zhanjiang.It is found that Zhanjiang has rich and high value intangible cultural heritage resources.It is suitable for the development of protective tourism beause the comprehensive conditions for tourism development are better.However,the non material cultural heritage tourism development is still facing many problems,such as the lack of publicity,the narrow tourist market,single use,lack of connotation excavation,limited investment,lack of development,lack of systematic planning and the development of relatively scattered.Therefore,from the perspective of the government,the author points out that Zhanjiang's intangible cultural heritage conservation tourism must follow the principles of protection,authenticity,integrity and uniqueness.At the same time,it puts forward the modes of tourism opening,such as museums,festivals and events,literary performances,commodity objects and so on.It is believed that the government should play the leading role in protecting the heritage conservation tourim in Zhanjiang to strengthen system planning,improve the protection mechanism,strengthen the system planning,improve the protection mechanism,increase the financial input,improve the infrastructure,strengthen the tourism propaganda,improve the development consciousness,excavate the social strength,build the "non legacy workstation" and other related management countermeasures.In order to draw the relevant departments more attention and give the policy reference,more effectively protect and inherit the intangible cultural heritage.Zhanjiang will seek new vitality for the further prosperity of tourism. |
