It is of great practical significance for the development and utilization of the atmospheric water resources in China to carry out the research on the technology of charged particles to catalyzing artificial precipitation.The charged particles generator is the key component of the artificial precipitation by charged particles.In order to test,evaluate and optimize the charged particles generator,a set of experimental platform for charged particles generator is designed and built.The temperature and humidity of the experimental platform can be adjusted rapidly in the range of 535?and 60200%RH,with the electrode fixing device of hundred kV level.The function of the measurement of charged particles concentration and the rainwater collection can be used to evaluate the efficiency of produce charged particles of the charged particles generator with different electrode structures under different temperature and humidity conditions.According to the performance requirements of the experimental platform,this paper is set up the main frame of the experimental platform of 4.4m×4.4m×5m,selected and installed the related peripheral equipment,and designed the control strategy of temperature and humidity adjustment.This provides an important basis for the follow-up work in this paper.The electrode fixing device in the charged particles generator is analyzed and designed in this paper.By adding the resistance conversion module and the automatic line module in the electrode frame,the key problems such as the uneven distribution of the tightness of the traditional fixed electrode line and the easy relaxation are solved.In view of the insulation problem of the electrode frame and the force deformation of the fixed frame structure,the modeling simulation and analysis are carried out using COMSOL Multiphysics to make the electrode fixer meet the design requirements of the 100kV insulation level and the force deformation displacement?35?kmax?15mm.A matching measurement system including hardware structure and acquisition programis set up for the experimental platform,which can meet the requirements for the acquisition of the temperature,humidity and the concentration of charged particles at 12points.The measuring system is convenient to use,which provides a necessary condition for the test and evaluation of charged particles generator and the experiment of precipitation by charged particles.In this paper,the experimental platform of charged particle generator is set up,and its performance is comprehensively tested.The results show that the developed experimental platform meets the design requirements and provides a convenient and reliable testing environment for the testing and evaluation of charged particles generator,and provides an experimental environment for the study of the precipitation by charged particles.Therefore,this work is of great significance to the research of charged particle catalytic rainfall technology.
