At present, domestic and foreign scholars have conducted some research on the seismic response of base-isolated structures under multi-dimensional earthquakes, but the research results are often limited.with the continuous development of buildings to high-rises and super-rises,and the appearance of various forms of buildings, the earthquake resistance of buildings has become more and more important, and the requirements are getting higher and higher. The application of base-isolation technology is becoming increasingly important. Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the seismic response of the base-isolated structure under multi-dimensional earthquakes. The main contents and conclusions of this article are as follows:Firstly,an high-rise building structure model was established and ETABS was used to analyze the time history of horizontally unidirectional, horizontal bidirectional and triaxial earthquakes. The axial force of the support and the top-level acceleration peak of the structure under the horizontal bidirectional earthquake were determined.,Seismic layer displacement,inter-story drift angle, shock absorption coefficient, base shear, etc.are compared with those of horizontal one-way earthquakes to analyze the effects of horizontal bidirectional earthquake action on seismic response;and the results and levels of calculations under the action of three-way earthquakes When the two-way seismic action is compared, the effect of vertical seismic action on the seismic response of the structure is analyzed.Studies have shown that multi-dimensional earthquakes have a significant impact on the seismic response of base-isolated structures compared to one-way earthquakes, and also have different effects on different seismic isolation control indicators.Comprehensive consideration must be taken when designing seismic isolation;Secondly, change the incident angle of earthquake in time-history analysis, the top-level acceleration peak, seismic isolation layer displacement, base shear force of the structure when the earthquake is acting on the base-isolated structure along different angles are compared and analyzed to study the impact of earthquake angle on the effect of structural isolation, and infer the most adverse input angle of the earthquake. The results show that when the bidirectional seismic acts on the structure at 45° along the main axis, the seismic response of the structure is the largest, this infers that 45° is the most unfavorable incident angle.
