The Research Of Freeway Integrated Emergency Response Command System Based On GIS

With the development of the information age,China's traffic information construction has also been developed rapidly.However,in the case of emergency,the existing system is not perfect enough to deal with the emergency,and lacks an effective and reasonable comprehensive emergency coordinated command solution.In order to ensure the communication of traffic command and dispatch at the level of major events,it is necessary to improve the research on the emergency linkage command system.Based on the comprehensive analysis of GIS technology,this paper proposes a GIS based emergency response command system.The emergency response command platform can assist the traffic management department in the detection of different types of emergencies.In the event of an emergency,it can respond efficiently and scientifically,and facilitate the dispatch and command of the transportation department.After the emergency,the event can be evaluated and analyzed.The establishment of emergency response command system for information management department can achieve information sharing,information linkage,cross regional command,unified deployment command,and achieve the modern transmission of traffic information sharing.This paper first introduces the development of the emergency response command system at home and abroad as well as the analysis of highway operation safety.Then,the key technology of the emergency response command and dispatch system based on GIS is analyzed and summarized.According to the actual situation of the current traffic emergency,an emergency response command and dispatch system platform based on GIS is designed.At the same time,the design and analysis of the emergency response command and dispatch system platform were carried out.Finally,the platform of Shanxi emergency response command system based on GIS is set up,which achieves rapid disposal of events,scientific decision-making,information dynamic management,and reasonable deployment of resources.
