Research And Engineering Application Of Traffic Emergency Dispatching Command Platform Based On GIS

At present,this paper analyzed and studied the traffic administrative department of emergency scheduling command system obtained the rapid development of various places in to enhance working efficiency emergency scheduling command system,constantly refer to new technology to upgrade the current transportation emergency command platform,and gradually achieve more local traffic scheduling demand management platform.Based on the comprehensive emergency command function framework,this paper analyzes and studies the traffic emergency command platform,and points out the key points of realizing the key systems such as early warning system,emergency resource system,command and dispatch system and communication system in the design and implementation of intelligent traffic emergency command platform.Based on the analysis and research of GIS technology,combined with the construction demand of traffic emergency command and dispatching platform,this paper designs and develops A traffic emergency command and dispatching system based on GIS based on the project of A city.Firstly,the overall architecture of the emergency dispatching command platform based on Arc GIS is designed,which mainly includes power supply system,computer network system,mobile emergency system,centralized control system,and early warning system.Aiming at the problem of optimal path analysis in emergency dispatching and command,an improved A*algorithm is formed by using A* algorithm to optimize the evaluation function in A*algorithm by integrating traffic lights and road condition information.Finally,based on the project of A city,A gis-based traffic emergency command system was developed for 16 major urban roads with 8 vertical and 8 horizontal and 32 branch roads in the urban area.The system realized one-key calling,teleconference,voice publishing,GPS positioning,optimal path selection and other modules.Through practical application,the emergency command system can effectively realize the design requirements in such key areas as communication,positioning,emergency information collection and optimal path selection,and effectively improve the current situation of traffic emergency command in A city.
