The electrooptic modulation(Q)technology has a great advantage in producing high peak power laser with narrow pulse.In order to study the effect of the electro-optic Q power supply on the laser output,this paper analyzes the electrooptic effect of the electrooptic modulation of the Q crystal and analyzes the relationship between the electrooptic crystal as the Q switch and the transmission rate,and then obtains the relationship between the crystal transmittance and the loss of the resonator,thus the time term is included in the loss.The four level system laser rate equation and the discrete thought in numerical analysis are used to solve the laser rate equation.The relationship between the peak photon number,the output pulse width of the laser and the parameters of the Q power supply is simulated.An electro-optic Q power supply with variable parameters is designed and a Q optical resonant cavity is set up.The optical experiment of the influence of the parameters change of the electrooptic Q power supply on the output of the laser is completed.The effects of the time variation of back pressure,the change of the electrooptic crystal pressure and the step back pressure on the output parameters of the laser are studied.The effect of the length of the resonator on the output energy and the output pulse width of the laser is verified.In the experiment,the step back voltage of Q power supply is controlled by electrooptic modulation,and the output of short pulse interval pulse group output is obtained by 3 times uniform output of single modulation Q.The frequency of sub pulse is 1MHz~10MHz,the energy of sub pulse is >23mJ,the single pulse width <37ns,the peak power of the sub pulse is close to 1MW,the light light conversion efficiency is 22.5%,and it can work steadily in the main frequency 1Hz~20Hz.
