The high temperature furnace tube in petrochemical industry is one of the most important nodes in the whole manufacturing chain.But because of the long-term work under the environment of high temperature and high pressure,furnace tube may be broken in the work after a certain period of time,which will cause the entire plant production stagnation if not timely found,bringing great economic losses and even safety accident.it must be regularly checked to ensure the safety of the furnace tube.as the method of high temperature furnace tube crack detection,ultrasonic testing mainly has the advantages of accurate safety,high cost performance and convenient operation.At present,most of the ultrasonic testing equipment in the field of furnace tube detection is single point manual detection,but the detection efficiency is not high,and the operation is complicated,which brings great inconvenience to the staff.This set of tube testing equipment designed by this paper completely eliminates the disadvantages of large volume and trouble assembling.In the market,it is also an intelligent and lightweight testing equipment leader.According to the requirements of the project,the system consists of three parts: hardware device detection probe,software PC interface and ultrasonic data acquisition card.The hardware equipment is mainly composed of the ultrasonic probe,ARM development board and its peripheral circuit and ZigBee module carried by the pipe climbing machine,which collect the data of the wall creep,the amplitude of the wall crack and the data of the tube length.The upper computer software interface is designed by Microsoft MFC,which can achieve the goal of the storage of data,the display of the waveform,the recognition of the weld.In addition,dynamic time warping algorithm is applied to weld recognition,and fuzzy classification algorithm is applied to crack damage rating.The system has been tested by the factory,and the data show that the results are accurate and reliable,the system have a friendly upper computer interface,portable equipment and simple operation process.This system can identify all the welds on the furnace tube and the damage diagnosis of the furnace tube is close to the expert level.
