The cave-adapted trechine beetles are one of the representative groups of cave invertebrate.There are 148 species of carapace in 5 families recorded in mainland China.Among that,Dongodytes Deuve,1993 is one of the most specialized cave-adapted trechine beetles,it is also one of the most species of cave-adapted trechine beetles in China.Dongodytes is a special genus in Guangxi,which is distributed in karst areas of Hongshui River basin in northwest Guangxi.At present,12 species have been reported,including 7Dongodytes and 5 Dongodytodes Tian,2011.The paper deals with 19 species of the genus,including 12 known species and 7unknown species,selecting 2 mitochondrial genes and 2 nuclear genes being 4 gene regions,including 22 cox1,21 rrnl+tRNA-Leu+nad1,21 SSU and LSU 20,totally 84 sequential data.The paper,using sequential data,conducting the methods of Bayesian Inference(BI)and Maximum likelihood(ML)to construct systematical phylogeny,aims to further analyze and discuss on the phylogenetic relationship and origin of Chinese cave-adapted trechine beetles.The preliminary results of the study show that:1.From the topological structure,Dongodytes is divided into four groups,and the difference between the four groups has reached the level of genus.It is suggested that it is divided into four genera,Dongodytes,.Dongodytodes,Dongodytopsis gen.nov.,and Dudongodytes gen.nov.2.There are three species of Dongodytes,including Dongodytes fowleri?Dongodytes grandis ? new species Dongodytes sp.D01.3.Dongodytopsis gen.nov.only one species is known,Dongodytopsis giraffa H01,which is a single branch in the phylogenetic tree,and there is a big genetic difference between it and other species of the original blind carapace,which has reached the level difference of genus.4.There are eight species of Dongodytodes,including three new species.Among them,the undetermined species Dongodytodes sp.D12 and Dongodytodes sp.H11 are the sameundetermined new species.The genetic difference between the undetermined Dongodytodes sp.E02 and other members of Dongodytodes is larger,so it is speculated that Dongodytodes sp.E02 is a new species.H04,originally attributed to Dongodytes brevipenis,has a larger genetic difference with Dongodytes brevipenis H09 from the model origin,so H04 should be a new species.5.There are six species in Dudongodytes gen.nov.,including two new species,among them,the undetermined species Dudongodytes sp.H08 has little genetic difference with the known species Dudongodytes baxian H03,and it is estimated that the undetermined species Dudongodytes sp.H08 is Dudongodytes baxian H03 by comprehensive morphology and geographical distribution.The genetic differences between Dudongodytes lani B06 and Dudongodytes lani B03 are large and there are differences in morphology.it is speculated that B03 and B06 are different species.The genetic relationship between the unfixed Dudongodytes sp.E01 and Dudongodytes elongatus I07 is very close,and the sequence data are almost the same.according to comprehensive morphological analysis,the unfixed Dudongodytes sp.E01 is Dudongodytes elongatus.Based on the analysis of genetic differences,geographical distribution and morphological characteristics,it is speculated that the undetermined species Dudongodytes sp.I08 is a new species.6.The phylogenetic relationships of four genera of Dongodytes are(((Dongodytes +Dongodytopsis gen.nov.)+ Dongodytodes)+ Dudongodytes gen.nov.).7.Most species of Dongodytes are found in Du 'an,Guangxi and its adjacent karst areas.they are distributed in the east or north of Hongshui River,which may be one of the reasons leading to species evolution differences.
