ECG is one of the important physiological parameters of human body.By analyzing the periodic ECG signals,a variety of human health indicators can be obtained,and then the health status of the human body can be judged.With the development of the low cost home health care,the collection of data acquisition,network transmission,data storage,data analysis for the integration of home health care system is gradually improving.This paper designs a wireless ECG sensor network based on 6LoWPAN protocol,in which ECG node has independent IPv6 address to identify the users,as well as transmit and store the ECG data in real time by the method of matching the acquisition module with the transmission module.The hardware of wireless ECG sensor network includes measurement nodes and edge nodes,and the measurement node contains ECG acquisition module and transmission module,between which are universal asynchronous transceiver(UART).At the hardware level,this paper uses the ECG acquisition module based on AD8232 and STC12C5 A,and uses the on-chip system scheme CC2530 as the core of the transmission module.The edge nodes The main functions of edge node are network management and data transmission,which includes transmission module and Ethernet interface module ENC28J60,and the communication between them takes the serial peripheral interface(SPI).At the software level,this paper uses the Contiki operating system supporting 6LoWPAN protocol,designs the UART interface driver of CC2530 in the application layer of the system,and optimizes the RPL protocol according to the phenomenon of packet loss.This paper uses TSDB InfluxDB to store ECG signals in real time,and designs the ECG data transmission software to receive the ECG data sent by ECG measurement nodes,and then packaged into REST API format and transferred to InfluxDB.Finally,the transmission quality of the whole network is tested.The test results show that the wireless ECG sensor network based on 6LoWPAN designed in this paper has better stability and practicality.
