The laser is widely used in industrial processing because of its high beam power density and good beam quality.With the development of "Internet +",more and more industries can adopt the "Internet +" mode to optimize the business system.Through the "Internet + laser" mode,We can not only real-time monitoring of the laser in order to understand the state of the laser anytime,anywhere,can also collect a large number of laser data.By analyzing the data,it is possible to predict the failure of the laser and provide data support for the development,maintenance and marketing of the laser.Based on the idea of "Internet +",in this paper the laser remote monitoring system was designed,and the software design of the server part of the system was completed.The main research content is as follows:Firstly,The architecture of remote monitoring system was analyzed,based on which the overall framework of the laser remote monitoring system was built according to the system requirements.In addition,the implementation plan of the web server and gateway interfaces in the server section was introduced.Secondly,the web server software was designed by ThinkPHP framework,including the UI interface and controller.The UI interface framework was designed to display data by bootstrap framework.In the controller section,according to the UI interface requirements,the background program was written by using the php language and some functions were realized,including the jump of UI interface,the transmission of data,the read and storage of data by gateway interface.Thirdly,the gateway interface,which retrieve data from a database or store it in a database according to the request sent by the controller,was designed by tornado framework.Finally,The system was tested according to the requirements of the system,including functional testing and performance testing.The results show that In this article the remote monitoring system was able to read,store,transfer,analyze,display the data of lasers and achieved the real-time monitoring and remote fault diagnosis of the laser,which has important significance in improving the Intelligence and networking of the laser equipment in our country.
