Because of the continuous progress and development of science and technology and industry,human mental labor has increased rapidly,and the main activity places are also transferred from outdoor to indoor,so the most common working posture is present as sitting position.In order to protect workers' health and improve work efficiency,ergonomics concept has also been applied to the design of seats.The seat design defect outside the length of sitting posture will bring great harm to the human body,so the research on the evaluation method of seat comfort is of great significance.In this paper,we first use Kinect sensor to track bone and get the data of human joints,and compare and analyze the posture parameters of different seats.Through the analysis of the data,we get a method to study the comfort of different seats from the parameters of human sitting posture and verify its feasibility.Secondly,in order to make up the malpractice of human skeleton tracking technology,the optical action capture technique is used to capture the human body motion in real time.The experiment sets nine groups of daily office action tasks as the main research action,and marks the important bones of the human body in detail.The subjects were required to sit on the two different seats to complete the corresponding action tasks,and the Evart software was used to capture the three-dimensional data of the joint space and analyze the data difference.The Evart software is connected with the Jack software to build the three-dimensional human body model and simulate the playback motion.Jack software Task Analysis Tookit toolkit is used to calculate and output the data of the joint angle,joint torque and joint strength of the human body.The data results are processed and the comfort differences of the two kinds of seats are compared and analyzed.Finally,we use the analytic hierarchy process to comprehensively compare and evaluate the comfort of two office seats,and make subjective evaluation tables for subjective evaluation statistics and analysis.The parameters of the bone joint in the posture of the body are taken as the index of the evaluation system respectively.According to the hierarchical structure of the research factors,it is divided into three grade indexes and their weights are determined,and the evaluation results of seat comfort are calculated by the evaluation matrix.The final result is consistent with the subjective evaluation results,which fully verifies that the seat comfort designed by ergonomics is significantly higher than that of ordinary office seats.
