Runoff is the result of a combination of climate,soil and human activity.It is of great significance to analyze the time variation characteristics,periodic law and influencing factors of runoff in river basin,and to improve the supply and demand of water resources in the basin.In recent years,with annual rainfall and annual average temperature changes,the runoff of Baiyangdian has also changed significantly,which makes the water resources in the basin more scarce and the ecological environment worsening.Therefore,the Baiyang lake main rivers,climate,runoff variation and its coupling relationship between each other,to know the river basin water resources evolution and the basin ecological environment has important guiding significance to the sustainable development.This paper choose the main river in Baiyangdian is selected as the research area to analyze and study the changes of runoff and climatic factors in Baiyangdian.In this paper,the main research contents and results from the following aspects:(1)Analysis the regularity of runoff change in the basin.Respectively by the method of linear trend rate,Mann-Kendall statistics test,wavelet analysis,R/S analysis from four perspectives: trend,respectively,periodic,continuous analysis and summary of Baiyang lake change characteristics of main rivers runoff,so as to reveal the regularity of runoff change in the study area.The results showed that the annual runoff was significantly decreasing year by year,and the annual runoff of Baiyangdian basin was a major mutation in 1992.The runoff change cycle of Baiyangdian is mainly in the range of 8~16,2~6 years,and the first main period of Baiyangdian basin is about 11 ~ 13 years,and the second main cycle is around 4~8 years.Moreover,the energy of the two cycles is decreasing,and the periodic distribution is more obvious.(2)Comparative analysis of the runoff change from the trend,respectively,periodic,continuous four aspects to discuss respectively Baiyang lake basin relationship between rainfall and runoff,concluded Baiyang lake basin rainfall and runoff on the interdecadal trend and cycle,generally changes are consistent,it shows that for Baiyang lake basin in 1986 ~ 2015 annual runoff series,less rainfall is one of the main reasons for the change.(3)From the trend,respectively,periodic,continuous four aspects to discuss Baiyang lake basin respectively,relation between temperature and runoff concluded Baiyang lake basin,the temperature on the interdecadal trend is on the rise,the annual runoff showed a trend of decrease.On cycle,annual runoff and annual average temperature change is consistent,it shows that for Baiyang lake basin in 1986 ~ 2015 annual runoff series,the rise of temperature is one of the main reasons for the change.(4)Based on the analysis of the changes of runoff in Baiyangdian river basin and its climatic influence factors,this paper proposes some countermeasures for the utilization and protection of water resources in Baiyangdian area.(5)Finally,this paper summarizes the research work and puts forward some prospects on the quantitative analysis and regional influence of runoff change in Baiyangdian in the future.
