The health states of traditional Chinese medicine is a relatively stable but dynamic state of life.It refers to the state of a person's body shape,physiological functions,mental emotion and diet taste in a certain period of time.With the change of the social environment and the change of the natural environment,the health states of the population is also changing.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the health states of the population.In the state of traditional Chinese medicine,symptoms are important components of the human body in the external health states,and the syndrome element is an important component of the state element and the essential cause of the symptoms.Therefore,it is also of great significance to study the syndrome elements.The partial ordered structure theory is a theory based on the formal concept analysis,which is guided by the philosophical principles of human cognition to discover the relations between attributes and distinguish objects.The partial ordered structure diagram is a visual tool based on the partial ordered structure theory.It is a closed and non circular tree structure.It can be display in two forms,one is attribute partial ordered structure diagram which is good at discovering the universality of things,the other is object partial ordered structure diagram which is good at discovering the specificity of things.It is widely used in knowledge discovery and data mining.The attribute partial ordered structure circular diagram is a partial ordered structure diagram for improving the traditional tree map,which is used for large data analysis.The data of this topic are the graded symptom data and quantitative syndrome element data of human body collected by the quantitative inquiry diagnosis system of TCM.The relationship between symptoms and syndrome elements was extracted from“State of traditional Chinese medicine” of Li Candong as data source.This paper uses partial ordered structure diagram and mathematical statistics for knowledge discovery in large sample population.Analyses the frequency of symptoms and syndromes of the population,analyzes the status of symptoms and syndromes and different places of men and women,and uses partial ordered structure diagram find out the relationships betweenthe first three disease location of syndrome element of the crowd-liver,spleen,kidney and the nature of syndrome element.And the knowledge discovery between nine kinds of symptoms and the syndrome elements is also made.In order to explore the relationship of health states between the individual sample and the larger samples,this paper uses fuzzy mathematics method to establish the fuzzy subset and its membership function of the four dialectical methods: syndrome differentiation of eight principles,syndrome differentiation of blood and body fluids,syndrome differentiation of etiology and syndrome differentiation of zang-fu viscera.And this paper introduce a new variable-Quantity ratio of symptom type.Then,according to the symptom data of each sample,the syndrome element data of each sample based on the large sample is obtained.Compared with the original symptom data,it verified the availability of fuzzy mathematics in the research of individual and group health status,it provides a new idea for health status research.
