A Study On Scientist's Tacit Knowledge And The Role In Scientific Discovery

Tacit knowledge is relative to the explicit knowledge , it is an important part of person's knowledge structure .A corner is exposed to the explicit knowledge, then tacit knowledge is a result of the huge hidden under the sea mountain level .Therefore, the role of tacit knowledge is very important and has great potential.Research on tacit knowledge is focused in the field of the psychology, management, organizational learning and intelligent behavior, and many other areas of science. Study of the scientists and scientific discoveries in tacit knowledge can be said that the breadth of the study and the depth of research is not enough. Based on this study, this paper focus on the tacit knowledge of scientists and the role in scientific discovery from the height of the oretical and the the empirical of the research.Firstly, this academic talks about the concept, the meaning and the characteristics of the tacit knowledge and sorts out of three main dimensions of the current: the tacit knowledge based on experience ; mental model of tacit knowledge based on research and tacit knowledge based on social factors. Further, through the three main dimensions of tacit knowledge we establish the contents of scientists and scientist's tacit knowledge of the content, structure, the tacit knowledge and its dimensions of the role of the scientist's study.The analysis concluded on the basis of relevant literature found in this article about scientist's tacit knowledge of the path consistent with the current academic research on the path of the three dimensions for the tacit knowledge. Subsequent this paper specifics scientist's tacit knowledge and puts it with scientific discovery and scientific process of discovery to linked to clarify the tacit knowledge of the scientists in a number of manifestations of the scientific discovery. Deep-level research on scientists to the three dimensions of tacit knowledge in the scientific discovery of the role played by respectively, cases and model analysis are used to study and discuss the specific role of the tacit knowledge in scientists and in the scientific discovery.Finally, a number of constructive suggestions and comments of the theoretical and practical are proposed to the current knowledge management and education so that the thrust and purpose of this study can be further deepen and expand.
