As a renewable energy,solar energy has broad potential for future development.Dish Stirling solar power generation system is the most efficient solar thermal power technology.Large-scale solar mirror is effective in collecting solar radiation,but large mirror surface's shape error affect significantly on the overall mirror's condensing performance,utilization of solar thermal power system.Aiming at Dish Stirling solar mirror surface's shape error detecting system,the author carries out the following research work.According to the mirror surface's shape error detecting system's design requirements,this paper propose detecting system's overall scheme which based on laser imaging and image processing,identify the main part of the surface's shape error detecting device-light source module,discs' installing frame as well as image detecting and controlling system,elaborate the structural characteristics of self-developed surface's shape error detecting device,analyze the system's accuracy which influenced by the error sources.Then,this paper finish the designing of control system's hardware architecture which Clipper controller work as the core of the whole control system,also accomplish the communicating system,control system,circuit system and construct hardware structure,designPLC programs and motion programs.This paper design detecting system's software,including detecting system's initialization,detecting system's selection,detecting system's manual calibration,detecting system's automatic calibration,system's facula sampling and analyzing,and discuss the key technology of image processing.Finally,this paper take the inside mirror as the example to verify the mirror surface's shape error detecting system's feasibility and accuracy.The experimental results show that Dish Stirling solar mirror surface's shape error detecting method which based on laser imaging's detecting accuracy can reach 0.6 mrad,indicate that this detecting system can satisfy the designer's requests and effectively improve the system's detecting accuracy.
