Application Of AHP-GIS Model Of Site Selection Of The Life Insurance Company

The rise of insurance industry has a positive effect on economic development.As an important part of insurance industry,the development of life insurance industry is paid more attention by the government and people.The reasonable location of the life insurance company can not only create the biggest commercial benefit for the life insurance company,but also play the role of "safety valve" for the local economic development and strengthen the local comprehensive strength.With the rapid development of GIS,the application of GIS in all kinds of facility location is becoming more and more perfect.This article is based on the impact of environmental factors on life insurance companies to carry out site selection analysis,comprehensive consideration of the impact factors of each index,and combined with the weight of each index,application of GIS Spatial Analysis method to analyze the location of Life Insurance Company.Firstly,this paper introduces the development background and prospect of life insurance industry to highlight the significance of the study of life insurance company location,and then briefly describes the research ideas and technical route of the paper.Secondly,the types of classical location model are briefly introduced,and the factors influencing the location of life insurance company are analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of Analytic hierarchy process(AHP),geospatial data,spatial analysis method and superiority analysis of AHP and GIS combined model are introduced.Thirdly,using Delphi method,according to the progressive hierarchical structure to determine the impact of life insurance company location index system so as to build a judgment matrix,and through MATLAB programming tools to determine the impact factors of life insurance company location weight.Then check the consistency of judgment matrix.Then,the environmental factors that affect the site selection are introduced into ArcGIS,spatial analysis is carried out,and the area suitable for the location of the life insurance company is analyzed in combination with the index weight of each site selection factor.The research results are analyzed and combined with the present situation of the location of life insurance company in Nanchang.Finally,the paper discusses the shortcomings and prospects.This thesis sums up the theory and method of life insurance company's location and puts forward a new research idea:(1)Using AHP(i.e.analytic hierarchy process)to combine qualitative and quantitative to construct comparative judgment matrix,then use MATLAB tool to calculate the weights of each index,and verify the judgment matrix in consistency.(2)Combining AHP and GIS,the index weight of environmental factors are imported to ArcGIS,and the spatial analysis method is applied to study the location of the life insurance company,and obtaining the optimized locations.
