Stability of rock slope has always been one of the problems in geotechnical engineering.Slope rock masses contain more or less joints, crevices, etc.Among them, weak interlayers are the ones that have the greatest influence on the stability of rock slopes. They often control the stability of the slopes. At the same time, the nature of the weak interlayer is affected by many factors. The impact of these factors. Therefore, there are practical values for the study of the stability of rock slopes with weak interlayers.(1)This thesis defines the concept of weak interlayers, analyzes the composition, classification and physical and mechanical properties of weak interlayer, analyzes and summarizes the influencing factors of the stability of rocky slopes with weak interlayers, and summarizes the main failure modes of rock slopes with weak interlayers.Destructive mechanism.(2)Select four factors of thickness, dip, cohesion and internal friction angle of the weak interlayers, take four levels for each factor, and design four groups of numerical simulation experiments to study the effect of weak interlayer on slope stability. The displacement at the point where the slope slides out and the safety factor of the slope are indicators of stability, and the effect of various factors on the stability of the slope is found out.(3)Combine the actual data of a rock slope with a weak interlayer in Chongqing, and establish a corresponding three-dimensional model through the relevant software, for the rocky slope with weak interlayer under normal working conditions and considering two influencing factors(water and earthquake)conditions The stability is analyzed to find out where the damage may have occurred and the form of damage.
