| Fatigue is a common sub-health state in people’s daily work and study.Accompanied by sympathetic activation and parasympathetic nerve suppression,people’s long-term fatigue under strong stress leads to various physical and mental diseases.The use of napping to relieve daily-level fatigue is a common type of self fatigue intervention.However,different qualities of naps have different effects of fatigue reduction,and the autonomic nervous mechanism is rarely reported in literature.Therefore,this paper designed three kinds of nap environments,collected ECG data of different sleep qualities,analyzed the autonomic nerve activity reflected in the heartbeat rhythms,obtained the autonomic recovery patterns accompanied with different sleep qualities,and finally applied the autonomic recovery patterns to design an intelligent alarm clock for nap management.Through the accurate detection of sleep latency,the intelligent alarm clock controlled the effective sleep time and achieved two-way optimization of nap duration and nap quality management.The specific research contents and results are as follows:(1)A protocol was designed for ECG signal acquisition in three different napping environments,i.e.napping with light background music,napping with melodious background music and napping with a quiet background.Thirty-one subjects took part in 278 times of nap experiments,and 278 effective ECG data records were collected from the subjects.The fatigue degree was evaluated subjectively by the Fatigue-Aware Self-Assessment Scale.(2)The fatigue reduction effects of naps with different background conditions were compared by using three kinds of indexes,i.e.subjective fatigue evaluation,physiological parameters and task results.After resting for 20 minutes in a quiet environment,the fatigue of the subjects reduced significantly,and their mental concentration improved obviously.The fatigue reduction effect of naps with light background music was secondary,and the fatigue reduction effect of naps with melodious background music was not good.(3)A kind of intelligent biological alarm clock system was designed,and the GUI interface of the system was completed.The system is suitable for automatic wake-up alarm of naps.It realized accurate sleep latency location by detecting the degree of autonomic nervous recovery,achieving effective sleep time control by this means.The validity of the above mentioned intelligent clock system was verified in practice.The correlation coefficient between the detected sleep latency and the self-reported sleep latency of the subjects is 0.9284,the true positive detection rate of closed eye sleep state is 90.48%,and the false positive detection rate is zero.The empirical wake-up time is 20 minutes after falling asleep,and the corresponding user satisfaction rate of fatigue reduction is 90%.The results of this study show that,during the fatigue-easy day hours,20 minutes of sleep in a quiet place can effectively reduce the daily-level fatigue.The underpinning autonomic nervous mechanism is that,on the contrary to autonomic nerve activity patterns of fatigue,during the nap process,sympathetic nerve activity decreases,parasympathetic activity increases,and the balance of autonomic nerve activity is regained.The two autonomic nervous recovery indicators designed in this thesis well describe the autonomic nerve recovery patterns during naps,and applying them for nap time management and nap quality control is of practical value in promoting public health. |
