| Research Objectives: Due to the change of social environment,children will have more stress during the day,quality of sleep quality and good capability of autonomic nervous system restore can promote children’s body,therefore,this article through to children after high intensity exercise training objective and subjective sleep quality data and autonomic nervous system restore data during sleep wake up,To explore the characteristics of sleep quality change and autonomic nervous system recovery after 4 weeks of high intensity exercise in children.Research methods: This study mainly adopts literature method,mathematical statistics method and experimental method.This study recruited 40 male and female children aged 7-9 years as experimental subjects,40 children were randomly divided into experimental group(20)and control group(20).The experimental group continued to receive moderate and high intensity exercise for 4 weeks,4 times a week,60 minutes each time,and the control group lived a normal life.On the basis of a large number of literature,the sleep quality and autonomic nervous system indexes of children after 4 weeks of high intensity exercise were measured.Results: A total of 40 children aged 7-9 years completed the experiment after 4weeks of medium-intensity exercise.1)Descriptive statistical results and baseline results of general data: there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in general data and pretest baseline data before experimental intervention(P>0.05),the two groups were homogenous.2)Results of objective sleep parameters: after intervention,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in sleep score,total sleep time,actual sleep,deep sleep,RAPID eye movement sleep,long sleep interruption,sleep continuity and wake time(P<0.05),and there were no significant differences in sleep cycle,shallow sleep,sleep interruption and time to fall asleep(P>0.05);The experimental group had significant differences in sleep score,total sleep time,actual sleep time,deep sleep,RAPID eye movement sleep,sleep interruption,long sleep interruption,sleep continuity,sleep time and wake time before and after intervention(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in sleep cycle and shallow sleep time(P>0.05),there was no significant difference before and after the control group(P>0.05);3)RESULTS of PSQI total score: after intervention,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in hypnotic drugs,daytime dysfunction and PSQI total score(P<0.05),and there were no significant differences in sleep quality,sleep duration,sleep duration,sleep efficiency and sleep disorder(P>0.05);The experimental group had significant differences in sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficiency,daytime dysfunction and PSQI scores before and after intervention(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in sleep duration,sleep disorder and hypnotic drugs(P>0.05),there was no significant difference before and after the control group(P>0.05);4)Results of autonomic nervous system recovery parameters: after intervention,there were significant differences in average heart rate,average heartbeat interval,average heart rate variability and average respiratory rate between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05);There were significant differences in mean heart rate,mean heartbeat interval,mean heart rate variability and mean respiratory rate before and after intervention(P<0.05),there was no significant difference before and after the control group(P>0.05);Research conclusions: 1)in this study to implement scheme of high intensity exercise can improve children’s objective sleep quality,sleep and sleep efficiency,by reducing the increase sleep continuity interrupted sleep,and restore body related deep sleep and rem sleep time increases,can also cause the changes of children sleep rhythms,expression is to sleep early,wake up delay.2)The moderate to high intensity exercise program implemented in this study can improve subjective sleep quality of children.3)In this study,moderate and high intensity exercise program can improve the recovery of the autonomic nervous system in children aged 7-9 years,which is manifested by lowering the average heart rate,increasing the average heartbeat interval and increasing the heart rate variability,but not improving the respiratory rate. |
