Research And Implementation Of BIM Model And 3D GIS Fusion Technology

With the scale of the city is expanding,City data volume growth rate of expansion of the various complicated geometric times,row upon row of buildings.Two dimensions can not meet the needs of the three dimensional world,but most of the traditional three-dimensional models can only be displayed in three dimensions,and they can be cut apart indoors and outdoors,and can not be visualized indoors and organized or managed,so that their practical value is reduced.With the development of BIM and 3D GIS technology,let us see the advantages of the combination of the two.BIM technology can build three-dimensional refine modeling and rich architectural attribute information for buildings,while GIS technology can make spatial analysis of the geographical world.The combination of the two can really link the outdoor and indoor,management and analysis.This paper mainly introduces the traditional modeling and BIM platform and data format.Through the comparison of the traditional 3D model and the BIM model,it highlights the advantages of the BIM,introduces the theoretical development and application of the fusion of the 3D GIS platform and the two,and illustrates the necessity of the fusion of the two.Taking BIM Revit as an example,this paper introduces the characteristics of BIM model modeling to make the basic data fusion,The difficulty of BIM model to 3D GIS fusion and the difference between the two data structures are analyzed,and the integration of the innovative solutions to the 3D GIS platform is realized through the transformation of the geometric data,the coordinate system and the attribute information.In this paper,BIM modeling is applied to a certain area combining campus plan and building plan,through BIM modeling and transformation achieved visual fusion with 3D GIS.After the two development of Supermap GIS platform,it realizes the visualization display of BIM model by 3D GIS and the hierarchical grouping query management of asset equipment,at the same time,through the powerful spatial analysis ability of GIS,the model is analyzed in navigation,field of view,measurement and so on.This paper introduces the application value of the two combinations in many fields,enriches and perfuses the integration of BIM and 3D GIS.
