In recent years,with the proposal and promotion of the concepts of smart city and intelligent building,the development of building information modeling(BIM)in the construction industry and geographic information system(GIS)in the geographic industry are in full swing.BIM technology focuses on the planning and management of the whole life cycle of construction projects,and GIS technology focuses on the description of the existing objective real world.There are significant differences in the description of entity objects.They can not directly realize the interconnection of data and information,which affects the efficiency of information sharing.Based on the industry application background,this paper starts with the fusion of IFC standard and City GML standard,which are the most representative of BIM and GIS,imports the BIM single building model with rich attribute information as the data source into the GIS platform that can display a large range of space,and combines it with the surrounding 3D geographic information to build a 3D visualization scene of BIM and GIS data fusion.This paper studies the concepts of IFC standard,and City GML standard,and analyzes their characteristics and similarities and differences from three aspects: Standard Architecture,geometric expression and semantic description.Based on the idea of semantic constraints,this paper carries out the research on data fusion technology in the construction field,and puts forward the technical route of transforming IFC standard building model to City GML standard data through four main steps: geometric information,multi-scale semantic mapping,geometric expression reconstruction and attribute information association.This paper studies and compares the functions and data formats of traditional 3D modeling platform and BIM modeling platform in the construction industry,and analyzes the advantages of component monomer and information management of Revit software based on BIM Technology,so as to draw BIM building model and connect with GIS platform;This paper studies the characteristics of different 3D GIS platforms,the display effect and semantic inheritance ability of BIM 3D building model,and selects Super Map platform as the GIS development platform for studying BIM and GIS data fusion,so as to ensure the consistency and integrity of building model component monomer management and data conversion.Taking the small villa as an example,the BIM model is drawn with Revit software,and the data conversion from BIM to GIS is realized through the Super Map plug-in.The data and the geographic information data of the surrounding environment are imported into the Super Map i Desktop.NET platform for secondary development,which solves the technical difficulties such as geographic information caching,building model optimization and model matching,so as to realize the integration of BIM building model and 3D GIS geographic information model.The technical scheme is used to restore the architectural positioning of ancient temples and temples in Rong town,Jianli County,Jingzhou,Hubei Province,realize the three-dimensional geographic information display and ancient architectural information management of the small town,and show the feasibility and application scenario of BIM and GIS data fusion.This study provides assistance for the deepening management of buildings and the development of smart city,opens up new application channels for the application of Bim and GIS data information,and is of great significance to improve the efficiency of data utilization and management.
