The Rehabilitation Exoskeleton is a product of bionics and multidisciplinary integration.It focuses on stroke patients with limb disorders to help them recover their athletic ability.After research,rehabilitation exoskeletons have achieved considerable development in the fields of medical and life services.Currently,the rehabilitation exoskeletons have been applied to medical sites in their respective regions.The current rehabilitation exoskeleton is still in the stage of "formal follow-up function," which fails to satisfy the needs of users and does not give users a good experience.This article aims at the upper limb rehabilitation exoskeleton to achieve a high degree of unity of the human environment of the upper limb rehabilitation exoskeleton.Firstly,after a comprehensive analysis of the upper limb rehabilitation exoskeleton,it was found that research on the emotional needs of users was neglected.This article is based on "focus users" to introduce the design philosophy of Kansei engineering into this topic,to study the user's emotional needs for upper limb rehabilitation exoskeletons,and to design products that meet the emotional needs of users.The method of Kansei engineering is used to collect users' perceptual demand after collecting,questionnaires,semantic difference methods,and expert methods are used to collect perceptual words and samples of the upper limb rehabilitation exoskeleton which establish the user's perceptual demand information and the correlation matrix between the samples;use the gray correlation technology to calculate the correlation coefficient of the matrix,find them represents the perceptual needs,extract and analyze the design elements,and organize the induction of upper limb rehabilitation.The exoskeleton meets the design elements of the user's emotional needs and assist designers.Secondly,on the basis of analysis of sample design elements,the ergonomics involved in the design process(upper limb joints and degrees of freedom,the size of the relevant parts)are analyzed;and the color and texture of the upper extremity rehabilitation exoskeleton are analyzed.morphology analysis.According to its environment,human-computer interaction and emotional design factors,the dissipative design of the exoskeleton of the upper limb was divergently designed.The program was selected by the method of fuzzy evaluation,and the optimal program was selected and evaluated.Finally,practice has proved that it is feasible to introduce Kansei engineering theory into the design of upper limb rehabilitation exoskeletons.It can accurately obtain the sensible needs of users and quantify them,thus effectively guiding design.This has a certain positive effect on the design and practice of similar products in the future,and also provides some references for subsequent research on other new product development.
