With the frequent occurrence of natural disasters,traffic accidents and the increasingly serious aging trend in recent years,the number of patients with physical disabilities in China has been increasing year by year.Scientific and effective rehabilitation training can help patients achieve satisfactory treatment effects in a short period of time so as to get rid of the pain as soon as possible.In the body handicap population,the lower limb injury population accounts for the largest proportion,so it has a very necessary significance for the design and research of lower limb rehabilitation products.When patients use non-standard lower limb rehabilitation products,they will not only affect the rehabilitation effect,but also cause great psychological burden to them,thus reducing their enthusiasm for rehabilitation treatment,and finally miss the best recovery time.Searching for highly efficient and standardized lower limb rehabilitation products plays an increasingly important role in shortening the course of disease and stimulating patients' enthusiasm for rehabilitation.In order to design an efficient standardization,can meet the demand of patients with lower limb rehabilitation products,this article chooses the man-machine engineering theory as the support,by consulting relevant literatures and research present situation,the understanding of relevant theories and research result of product,make better use of ergonomics theory in the design process of the lower limb rehabilitation products.By classifying the lower limb rehabilitation of existing product market analysis,sums up the advantages and disadvantages of them,and in patients with lower limb rehabilitation group characteristics is analyzed,digging the physiological,psychological and emotional needs of the class groups,so as to determine the final design of lower limb rehabilitation product type,analysis related to ergonomics design elements and the perceptual design elements,Combining with interview method and observation method to research of target groups,digging their pain points and needs during rehabilitation training,and refer to professional advice is put forward the corresponding solutions,the practical design of lower limb rehabilitation products,design for final design evaluation,find out the deficiencies,for the next design Suggestions for improvement are put forward.
