Design And Implementation Of An Emergency Situation Demonstration System Based On GIS And Its User Experience Analysis

In recent years,frequent emergencies have brought serious challenges to the government’s emergency management.Emergency simulation exercise is an indispensable means of responding to emergencies and becoming more and more concerned by relevant departments.Emergency Exercise Simulation Platform is an emergency simulation exercises combined with computer technology,by which simulates different emergency situation,to improve front-line officer’s ability to respond to emergencies.Emergency situation demonstration system with geographical information system(Geographic Information System,GIS)which is a powerful tool for spatial data collection,analysis,storage and management,can meet the needs of emergency simulation exercise to the visualized and real-time situation information,and provide more prompt and accurate situation data to the emergency response departments..Based on the background of the emergency simulation service platform,this thesis does a series of research on the emergency situation demonstration system.First of all,the requirement analysis of the emergency situation demonstration system is analyzed,the function of the system is clearly defined,and the detailed design of these functions is carried out.Then,the implementation of these designs is carried out.Functions such as disposal actions display,time axis query,system abnormal drop call recovery and so on are realized.These functions have realized the emergency situation demonstration better.Finally,the user experience model was established.The user experience data was collected from three dimensions,namely,sensory experience layer,interactive behavior layer and psychological reflection layer.The emergency situation demonstration system combined GIS technology with the simulation of emergency practice,and realized the dynamic map demonstration of thesituation.This thesis applied the GIS maps to the development of the emergency situation demonstration system,improved the efficiency of the emergency exercise and increased the flexibility of the scheme.The study of the user experience of emergency situation demonstration system has also provide a reference to similar systems.
