Water evaporation is an important part of atmospheric hydrological cycle,and the loss of exposed water such as water reservoirs and lakes.It is also one of the important contents of water resource discipline research.So it makes sense to study water evaporation.There are two main methods for the measurement of evaporation: the first one is adopting artificial observation after the device,due to water conditions,installation and observation of the environment,the use of this method is not accurate,Large man-made,to the relevant staff will bring a greater workload;due to the influence of water condition,installation method and observation environment,the result obtained by this method is not accurate,also this method is largely artificial,and it will bring a large amount of work to the related staff.Another is to use the evaporation station,however,by the influence of sensor accuracy(minimum resolution does not meet the requirement of the specification),and the restriction of complex factors such as the measurement environment of evaporation,which makes the accuracy of the measured data can’t meet the requirement.Aiming at the shortcomings of the two existing measurement methods and combined with the requirements of the relevant specifications,design the evaporative observation station with fixed water level and compensation type to effectively improve the measurement accuracy of evaporation.In this paper,according to the demand analysis of evaporative observation station with fixed water level and compensation type and the requirement of relevant specification,the structure of the evaporation observation station,the plane position diagram and the three-dimensional expansion diagram are given by using AutoCAD.The fixed water level detection circuit and the automatic control circuit of the electromagnetic valve are designed by analyzing the working flow of evaporative observation station with fixed water level and compensation type,both in the absence of precipitation and with precipitation,and the evaporation calculation method of the corresponding case.In addition,the solar power supply system and the AC power supply system are designed for different weather conditions to ensure the evaporation station with a safe and reliable source of electricity.
