| In the past 30 years since China’s reform and opening-up policy,Chinese economy has been maintaining a high speed of development,which has been taken as a “growth miracle” all over the world.Research proved that the demographic dividend has made a great contribution to the “growth miracle”,whereas the Chinese economy has also paid great cost for the extensive economic growth pattern which only focusing on the increase of the quantity of labors and GDP.When it comes to the 21 th century,Chinese economy is trapped in a difficult and embarrassing situation with the declining demographic dividend year by year,the aging of population,the grim employment situation of college and university graduations as well as the recruitment difficult of enterprises.Based on the above background,the talent dividend is showing up and starting to take effect in accelerating the speed and scale of the development of Chinese economy as time goes by.Founded on the data from 1996 to 2014 of China Statistical Yearbook,this thesis uses the variable parameter trans-log production function model to estimate the dynamic impact mechanism of the demographic dividend and the talent dividend on the output efficiency with an open attitude.The results are as follows: The good effect of the demographic dividend on the output efficiency reaches its maximum in 2005 but turns to have a declining trend in the following years.Whereas,the good effect of the talent dividend on the output efficiency comes to show up in 2005,becomes statically positive in 2010 and turns to have a strong increasing trend in the following years.Both of the demographic dividend and the talent dividend plays an important role in promoting the output efficiency during the year 1996 to 2014.Base on the above results,this thesis puts forward the following five suggestions to accelerate the transformation of the speed,the degree as well as the efficiency from the demographic dividend to the talent dividend in order to maintain the sustainable development of Chinese economy.First,enhance both the specialization on labor division in the professional education and the comprehensive education in university study to cultivate high caliber talents.Second,make a better directional matching between the employment demand and the talent market.Third,create a proper match mechanism of the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and the talent system innovation.Fourth,implement the talent strategy and introduce more innovational and international talents.Fifth,achieve the rational configuration of talent resources in different regions. |
