In recent years,vermicompost has attracted attention because of its high nutrient content and rich microbial content.While vermicompost provides nutrients for plants,it can not only alleviate a series of agricultural environmental problems brought about by chemical fertilizers,but also exert biological control in plant-borne diseases,through which antagonistic microorganisms can achieve the purpose of inhibiting pathogenic bacteria.The prevention and control are of great significance.In this paper,we measured and analyzed the microbial community structure in pig manure feces,cow dung feces,sludge feces,organic fertilizer in a company in Shaanxi,organic fertilizer in a company in Gansu,and organic fertilizer in a company of Yangling.The actinomycete was screened for antagonistic activity and the stability of the fermentation broth was studied.The mechanism of actinomycete inhibition of pathogens was discussed.The main conclusions obtained were as follows:The amount of bacteria,fungi,and actinomycetes was determined by the plate coating method and found to be in the order of 10~6 for the bacteria in the worm feces,at the order of10~3 for the fungus,and 10~7 for the actinomycetes in the cow dung and feces.The levels of actinomycetes in feces and sludge were all in the order of 10~6.It was found that the nitrogen fixation in bacteria,silicate bacteria,rhizobial bacteria,organic phosphorus and inorganic phosphorus bacteria in the samples was found in the feces.The number of colonies of bacteria,rhizobia and inorganic phosphorus bacteria is basically in the same order of magnitude.Silicate bacteria content in sludge type manure is one order of magnitude lower than that of cow dung and pig manure.The content of organic phosphorus bacteria is higher than cow dung and pig manure.The terpene fecal matter is two orders of magnitude higher,and the organophosphorus bacteria are the dominant strains of sludge-like maggots.Comparing the number of viable cells in each sample(the total number of viable cells was based on the total number of azotobacter,silicate,rhizobium,organophosphorus,and inorganic phosphorus bacteria).The sludge was found in Gansu company.than or equal to 20million g/g).The effective viable cell count of cow dung and pig manure is close to 7.91 x 10~6CFU/g and 7.62 x 10~6 CFU/g,respectively.By measuring the number of bacteria in the sample,it was found that the microbial rate in sludge manure was the lowest,which was about 2.3%.The rate of microbial contamination in Gansu organic fertilizer was the highest,which was about 21%.The proportion of effective viable bacteria to the total number of colonies was Sludge-type manure feces dung manure feces,pig manure feces excrement,Yangling a company organic fertilizer,a company in Shaanxi Gansu company organic manure organic fertilizer.Antagonistic screening of actinomycetes,which was dominant in the number and volume of samples,found that 5 actinomycetes isolated from earthworm feces were antagonistic and accounted for 83.3%of the total number of antagonistic actinomycetes.The antagonistic actinomycetes accounted for 60%of the total number of actinomycetes antagonistic actinomycetes,of which C4 actinomycetes had the best antagonism effect,and both M.zeae,P.pastoris,F.oxysporum and P.solani Strong inhibition effect,inhibition zone reached 23-28mm;the antagonistic effect of better C4,P1,SX2 actinomycetes fermentation broth stability study found that 5 times the C4 dilution of M.cornuta and tomato The relative inhibition rates of the early bacterium were the highest,54%and 59%,respectively;with the increase of the dilution multiple,the inhibitory rate of different actinomycetes fermentation broths on the M.cornuta,Peach rotten bacterium and Tomato early bacterium was relatively reduced.There is a positive correlation between the concentration and inhibition rate.By measuring the E.coli and Ascaris eggs in the sample,it was found that no E.coli bacterial colonies were found in the manure obtained from the three raw materials(pig feces,cow dung,and sludge),and they were detected in Yangling company's organic manure.Escherichia coli was found in the pig manure and cow manure as bait.The eggs of the aphids were found in vivo.After 14 days of culture of the eggs of the aphids,the eggs of the outer layer of the eggs were ruptured and the eggs of the tapeworm were found to have died after microscopic examination.It shows that most of the eggs of maggots contained in worm feces have no vital activity.
