Research On Exploration,Exploitation And Management Of Graphite Mineral Resources In Heilongjiang Province

Graphite,as an important non-metallic mineral resource,has been widely used in metallurgical industry for a long time because of its special properties such as high temperature resistance,electrical conductivity,thermal conductivity,lubrication,plasticity,thermal and seismic resistance.Because of its unique dual technological characteristics of metal and non-metal and its wide application,graphite products will inevitably become one of the frontier technologies in the new material industry.Heilongjiang Province is rich in graphite resources.In recent years,remarkable achievements have been made in graphite exploration.It is estimated that 262.19 million tons of new graphite minerals have been added.The total amount of graphite minerals has been found to be 390 million tons,accounting for 58.63% of the country's total reserves.Our province's graphite resources occupy an important position in the country and even in the world.A total of 63 graphite mineral deposits have been found in the province,including 8 large-scale mineral deposits,12 medium-sized mineral deposits and 14 small-scale mineral deposits.The distribution of graphite resources in our province is relatively concentrated,mainly distributed in the eastern Luobei-ShuangyashanJixi-Muling area,and mainly concentrated in Jixi City and Luobei County of Hegang City.The main types of graphite resources are regional metamorphic deposits.In recent years,the industry of every city in the province has developed vigorously.There are six graphite industrial parks in the province,which are located in Hengshan,Mashan,Hegang,Luobei,Qitaihe and Harbin District.Jixi and Luobei have formed two important graphite industry bases.In 2015,China's total output of graphite was 860,000 tons,while Jixi and Luobei's output was 220,000 tons and 200,000 tons,respectively.The graphite industry in Jixi and Luobei has become the most important supporting industries of the local economy.Our province's graphite industry has begun to transform into graphite products with high purity,spherical graphite,expanded graphite,graphite paper,lithium electrodes,graphite electrodes,graphene and so on,with a total capacity of 370,000 tons.According to the calculation of relevant data,the production and supply of graphite in China are in surplus.And in the next three to five years,the overcapacity situation will be further aggravated.Oversupply will inevitably lead to low-cost dumping and export of enterprises,and how to develop our province's graphite resources industry needs to be considered.This paper compares and investigates the key graphite development enterprises in Shenzhen,Shandong Qingdao and Wuxi Graphite Industry Demonstration Park,and systematically analyses the advantages and problems of the existing graphite industry in Heilongjiang Province.At the same time,seven policy suggestions for the exploration,development and protection of graphite resources in Heilongjiang Province are put forward.It has certain theoretical and practical reference significance for further promoting the exploration,development and utilization of graphite resources in our province.
