This paper mainly includes two parts: the first part is the taxonomic study of the Arctiidae moth, the second part is the scanning electron microscope observation of the antennal sensilla.1)Taxonomic study on Arctiidae. The study of insect taxonomy in Shanxi Province is relatively slow compared with other provinces in China. The literatures on the species of the Arctiidae in Shanxi Province are scattered and most of them are listed. In this study, the traditional morphological classification method was used to sort out and identify the moth specimens(mainly collected from the southeast of Shanxi Province)preserved in the insect specimen of the Department of Bioscience and Technology of Changzhi College on the basis of actual specimen. The characters of adult and external genitals were described.A total of 23 species of Arctiidae were identified, belonging to 14 genera in 2 subfamilies, including 6 genera and 12 species in the Litnosiinae, and 8 genera and 11 species in the Arctiinae. In the article,a sub-general and sub-category search form is provided, providing 29 adult photo features,20 male external genital features, and 17 female external genital features.2)Studies on the antennal sensilla of Arctiidae.Sensors are organs that the insect perceives the external environment and its own state. They play an important role in environmental judgment, homologous identification and heterosexual identification and identification. At the same time, the characteristics of antennal sensilla have a certain role in the identification of insect species and the exploration of phylogenetic relationships. At present, there have been little reports on the antenna sensilla of the Arctiidae in the world, and the type of antenna sensilla of Arctiidae is still uncertain. In this study, scanning electron microscopy was used to observe theantenna sensilla of 23 species of moths,to determine the types of antenna sensilla,to describe the morphological characteristics and distribution characteristics of various types of antenna sensilla, and to analyze the differences between species and species of antenna sensilla. The main results are as follows:(1)There are 13 types of antenna sensilla: three types of sensilla trichodea, two kinds of sensilla cheatica, two types of sensilla coeloconic, two types of B?hm bristles, two kinds of sensilla squamiformia, one sensilla auricillica and one sensilla styloconica. The number of sensilla trichodea is the most and the most widely distributed, followed by sensilla cheatica, and the number of sensilla squamiformia and sensilla auricillica is the smallest, only found in individual Lithosiinae;the total number of antennal sensilla in males is greater than females.(2)In different genera, the types of antennal sensilla are different. In the Lithosiinae, there are 10 antennal sensilla in the Eilema,Cyana, and Macrobrochis, and 11 antenna sensilla in the Stigmatophora and Ghoria, and 9 antennal sensilla in the Miltochrista. In the there are 10 types of antennal sensilla in the Pericallia and in Epatolmis. There are 8 types of sensilla in the Rhyparioides, and 9 antennal sensilla in the remaining 5 genera.(3)The difference analysis of the eigenvalues of different antennal sensilla in the genus shows that: In the Eilema, the basal diameter of StrI and StrII,the length of StrIII,the diameter of Sch?'s nest, the diameter of ScoI's margin, the diameter of the central cone of ScoI,and the diameter of the base of Sst were significantly different between species(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the length of BrII between species(P>0.05);in the Cyana, the base diameter of StrI,the base diameter of StrII,the diameter of basal fossa and base diameter of SchI,the diameter and length of the Schwo nest,ScoII The central cone length and the basal diameter of Sst were significantly different among species(P<0.01),and the length of StrI was significantly different among species(P<0.05).The other eigenvalues were not significantly different among species; The Miltochrista,StrI length and BrI length were not significantly different between species(P>0.05),and there were no significant and extremely significant eigenvalues between species;in the Spilarctia, the basal diameter of StrIII was significantly different between species.(P<0.01),there was no significant difference in basal diameter of SchI between species(P>0.05).(4)Some types of female and male individuals have different types of antennal sensilla, and there are some differences in the characteristic values of antennal sensilla in the same species of male and female individuals.(5)Linear regression analysis of length antenna and number of antenna sensilla showed that the number of antennal sensilla and total number of receptors was positively correlated with low(R<0.3),moderate(0.5<R<0.8),or high(R>0.8)antenna lengths. The research results accurately grasp the species and distribution of the Arctiidae in Shanxi province, enrich the fauna of the Arctiidae in our province, and accelerate the progress of insect taxonomic work in our province; The significance of Lepidoptera antennae sensilla types and the in-depth study of electrophysiological studies of antennae in the Moths.
