After city earthquake,it always causes a lot of damages,and among these damages,one is to be mentioned:Building collapse.A city always has a lot of buildings,and when the earthquake occurs,we must set out to do the job of disaster rescue as quickly as possible.As there are a lot of building collapses,and also there are a lot of roads being damaged,often,we cannot get the giant rescue machines to the disaster rescue site.Also,we cannot get the rescue workers to do this job,because it is very dangerous both for the rescue workers and disaster victims.So,when the problems of factual disaster rescue exist,a lot of losses will happen,and among these losses,a great many are unnecessary.Based upon these problems,it is very necessary to develop a machine which can be used to do the disaster rescue job.This machine can be called accessory.This accessory can connect to common engineering machine which can be seen almost everywhere.Most importantly,the power of this accessory comes from the engineering machine which connects with this accessory.The main contents of this thesis are to finally design this accessory.First,we must learn from the true environment of earthquake disaster.Then we should compare with other rescue methods and tools to conceive the total design plan of this accessory.After finishing this job,we should then conceive of the rescue principle of this accessory,for it is not adequate to only have the design plan of this accessory.And then we should get the needs of the performance index of this rescue accessory.This rescue accessory has both opening gap and supporting weight functions.After all these jobs,it is time to design the accessory in detail.To have this rescue accessory designed,we use the software of SolidWorks which is very powerful and easy to learn.The design work contains the related parts of this rescue accessory,and when all the parts are already designed,we can use this software to do the job of virtual assembly of this rescue accessory.When we finally finish the job of designing this rescue accessory,we should then do the job of static analysis of this rescue accessory.Indeed,not all the parts of this rescue accessory will have this static analysis job,only a few very important parts of this rescue accessory will have this job.This static analysis job is to make sure that the key parts of this rescue accessory are designed reasonably.After this static analysis job,we should then do the kinematic analysis job,and also,another software will be used:Adams,which is also a very powerful software.Some key structures will have this job,and this kinematic analysis job is also to make sure that the structures are designed reasonably.Among all these jobs,we can finally confirm that the design of this rescue accessory is reasonable;it meets the needs of the true disaster rescue;it also meets the performance index of this rescue accessory.
