In recent years,earthquakes have caused great injuries and deaths,and huge economic losses in China.And it is of great significance to improve the survival rate of trapped people if we have invested enormous effort on the rescue operation after earthquakes.With the increasing development of science and technology,engineering machine plays an increasingly greater role in the post-earthquake relief work for its good performance,highly efficient rescue operation and rich functionalities.So to design a kind of multifunctional rescue engineering accessory is really important to improve the ability of rescuing trapped people after urban earthquakes,which can be used to promote the development of disaster rescue technology in the field of earthquake emergency rescue.Firstly,steel reinforced concrete is the main operating object of the engineering rescue accessory.Afterwards,this dissertation presents a method of 6-bar mechanism exercise mode,and provides a kind of rescue accessory combines tonging,cutting and grabbing functions.The key mechanism includes grasping mechanism and separation mechanism,which can be used to remove the ruins after earthquakes.The grasping mechanism is simplified to 6-bar mechanism and gets its mathematical model by using the mechanism graphical design method,the principle of virtual displacement and static force analysis method.The length of members of the 6-bar mechanism based on the mathematical model is optimized by using the genetic algorithm of Matlab optimization toolbox,and the prototype is manufactured successfully.The three-dimension model of engineering prototype is built based on the optimal solution and running state of the prototype.The intensity of the grasping mechanism is checked by using Ansys,and a lightweight design of the 6-bar mechanism is finished by using Ansys Workbench.Finally,hydraulic control system of the engineering rescue accessory is designed according to the relevant theoretical knowledge of mechanical design and virtual prototyping technology.The hydraulic control system includes force analysis of grab hydraulic cylinder,separate hydraulic cylinder and drive hydraulic cylinder.And relevant calculation of hydraulic cylinder diameter,hydraulic cylinder piston rod diameter,piston thickness and hydraulic cylinder calculated length are finished.
