In recent years,with the development of China's economy and the acceleration of urbanization,the water consumption of other industries has grown too fast,resulting in a continuous decline in the proportion of agricultural water use in China,agricultural irrigation is seriously threatened,and the contradiction between supply and demand of agricultural water is becoming increasingly acute.Agricultural water security is the cornerstone for ensuring food security and promoting social development.The objective and realistic evaluation of its current status is of great significance to the agricultural sustainable development and water resources management.The paper not only improves the theory and method of agricultural water security,but also evaluates the security of agricultural water supply in China from the perspective of water supply,and constructs an agricultural water supply security evaluation index system that is suitable for administrative regional scale.Estimate the water saving potential of each administrative region from the perspective of water-saving,analyze the impact of different water saving measures on agricultural water security,and then propose China's agricultural water security strategy.The main research progress is as follows:(1)After combing the research on water supply safety at home and abroad and agricultural water resources,the current theory and method of water supply safety evaluation are reviewed.After comprehensively analyzing the impact degree of different indicators on China's agricultural water supply security,the agricultural water supply satisfaction degree,engineering water supply satisfaction degree,farmland irigation water utilization coefficient and The irrigation water quality compliance rate are the main indicators of the evaluation system.On this basis,the construction of China's agricultural water supply safety evaluation index system.(2)Taking the GIS overlay analysis function as the technical support,using the principal component analysis method to determine the index weight,the comprehensive evaluation index of agricultural water supply security in China is obtained,and the status of agricultural water supply security in China is evaluated.The results show that the overall status of China's agricultural water supply security status is not optimistic.Insufficient water resources and weak farmland water conservancy infrastructure are the most important factors affecting the security of agricultural water supply in China.Increasing the construction of water conservancy infrastructure and effectively increasing the investment capacity of agricultural water supply is still a key point in the development of agricultural water conservancy in China for a long period of time in the future.(3)Through the analysis of China's agricultural water saving status,it is found that China's agricultural water saving potentiality still has a large room for improvement.In this regard,this article takes 2016 as the current year,proposes agricultural water saving schemes for 2025 and 2030 two planning years,and estimates the water saving potentiality of different water saving indicators.It is found that most provinces with more net water saving in China are concentrated in the north.The net water saving potentiality in the northern region is stronger than that in the south;but the gross water saving potentiality in the southern stronger than the north;After the realization of the water saving plan,the agricultural water supply in most administrative regions of China can reach the balance between supply and demand,but it is still necessary to further strengthen the construction of agricultural efficient water-saving projects to ensure the security of regional agricultural production.(4)Comprehensive analysis and evaluation of China's agricultural water security status from the perspective of supply and saving,clarifying the main tasks of China's current agricultural irrigation water-using security,and proposing the main safeguard measures and policy recommendations for agricultural irrigation water-using security in China.Fig[27]Table[13]Reference[84]...
