Research On Water Resources Security Evaluation Based On Water Poverty Index

Water resource security is related to human existence and social sustainable development,and it is the concrete application of the concept of resource security.Water poverty index is a quantitative index to evaluate the relative water shortage degree of a country or a region,and also a comprehensive index to evaluate and manage water resource security.Taking Heilongjiang Province as the research area,water poverty index was used to evaluate its water resources security.On the basis of combing the natural geography,social economy and general situation of water resources in Heilongjiang Province,on the basis of selection of annual precipitation indicators such as water 15 evaluation index and index belong to collect in Heilongjiang Province from 2013 to 2017 in 13 cities and related data,standardizing,using entropy method to calculate the weight,calculation of 13 cities in Heilongjiang Province from 2013 to 2017 in water poverty index,and to water security evaluation of 13 cities in Heilongjiang Province.Qiqihar is at the level of "very safe",which indicates that water resources system can develop in harmony with social and economic health and efficiency.Harbin,Daqing,Mudanjiang and Heihe are at the "safe" level,indicating that the water resources system can develop in a healthy coordinated way with society and economy.Jiamusi,Suihua and Greater Hinggan Mountains area are at the level of "basic security",indicating that water resources system can develop in harmony with society and economy.Jixi,Shuangyashan and Yichun are at the "unsafe" level,indicating that water resources system cannot develop in harmony with society and economy.Hegang and Qitaihe are rated as "extremely unsafe",indicating that the water resources system has deteriorated in an all-round way,seriously hindering the sustainable development of society and economy.
