Research On Coordination Evaluation Of Island Public Service And Economic Development

With the development of marine economy,the island has become the base and bridge for the development of marine economy.The island economy is a part of the marine economy and plays an important role in the marine economy.The economic development of the island area can promote the development of the marine economy.Island public service is a comprehensive system,which plays an important role in the development of island economy.The development of island economy can also promote the construction of island public service.Island public service is a kind of public service construction in order to meet the needs of island economic development and the public interest demand of island residents.The economic development of the island will put forward new demands on the public service of the island,etc.In response to the development of the island public service,the coordination of the island public service and economic development has become an important research problem.In view of this,this paper studies the coordination between the island public service system and the economic development system.Taking the coordination of island public service and economic development as the research object,this paper expounds the harmonious relationship between island public service and economic development.Firstly,the research background,research purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,research content and research methods,and innovations of this paper are introduced.Secondly,it discusses the theory,including defining the basic concept,expounding the related theories of the thesis,and providing the theoretical basis for the evaluation of the coordination of public service and economic development on the island.Then it analyzes the interaction mechanism of island public service and economic development,analyzes the influence of island public service on economic development and the influence of island economic development on island public service..Next,the evaluation index system of the coordination of public service and economic development is constructed,and the coordination evaluation model of public service and economic development of the island is established.The model is composed of two subsystems: island public service and economic development.The entropy method is used to determine the weights of each index element,and the coordination model is used to link the two subsystems of island public service and economic development.The overall research on the comprehensive evaluation of island public service and economic development can provide corresponding technical support for the analysis of theharmonious relationship between island public service and economic development.Then taking Daishan County as a case study,through collecting and sorting out the public service in Daishan County,This paper analyzes the coordination of public service and economic development in Daishan county by using the evaluation model of coordination between public service and economic development in Daishan county,according to the related index data of economic development and administration.It provides some reference for the coordinated development evaluation of other island towns in China.
