Research On Financial Risk Management Of XY Geological Exploration Company

In the current,with the premise of economic globalization and the market economy,the endless changes have brought the economy to the forward development in the world.In the environment of the constant development,the necessary condition for a company seeking self-development is a financial situation of sustainable development.As the company meet the financial risk,the enterprise will drag down or even hinder its development.Thus,the analysis and evaluation of financial risks has become one of the most important research topic for the enterprise development in a long time.In this paper,a series of methods were used to identify and judge the financial risks of XY company.On this basis,the financial risk evaluation model was constructed and deeply analyzed,then,obtained the conclusions and improved measures.Firstly,it drawn on the domestic and foreign related research results and applied them to financial status analysis in XY company based on the basic concept of financial risk and related theory.Secondly,combining actual situation in the XY company,the index method was used to identify the financial risk of the company.Besides,the financial risk evaluation system was established by using the model,financial risk was quantified and the results of financial risk evaluation in XY company were finally formed.Finally,according to the quantization result of the financial risk evaluation,the author puts forward some suggestions were putted forward to prevent the financial riskIn this paper,firstly,in the area of financial risk identification,the enterprise has a single way of raising money,unreasonable debt scale and structure,more cost of project input than investment income,low efficiency of fund use and weak flow of fund.Second,in the area of financial risk assessment,due to the weak capacity of profit and development,enterprises fell into the high risk levels during 2013 and 2014,and the higher risk levels caused by poor solvency during 2012 and 2015.Third,in the area of financial risk prevention,diversified financing channels will be established,the rationality of debt scale and structure will be maintained,the feasibility of investment projects will be paid attention to,the overseas investment will be prudently implemented,the internal control system will be constructed,the business level of financial personnel will be improved.By identifying the financial risk in XY company,establishing the financial risk evaluation system and providing corresponding measures will be solve these problems of potential financial risk and income of the enterprise so as to make sustainable development to the company..
