A finite p-group G is called an At-group if all subgroups of index pt are abelian and at least one subgroup of index pt-1 is not abelian.The set of order of the Ai-subgroup of G is denoted by OAi(G).In this paper,we classify the finite p-groups G with |OAi(G)|being maximal for some i.
