Marine resources are the key issues that must be paid attention to in building China's maritime powers and marine ecological civilization.The huge resource endowments of the ocean,the tight supply of terrestrial resources,the inconsistency of resources and economic distribution between the east and the west,and the emergence of research hotspots and problems in the maintenance of national marine resources interests require us to pay attention to and understand the state of China's marine resources development.In order to enhance the confidence and strength of safeguarding China's maritime interests.The construction of marine ecological civilization and the long-term development of marine industry must involve relevant content of marine resource development.The intensity of marine resource development is an important part of the research on the development of marine resources.It has certain reference and guiding significance for understanding the current situation of marine resources development in coastal provinces,regulating the development of marine industry and improving the industrial development of coastal provinces.Based on the connotation of Marine resources development intensity,we uses hierarchical analysis-entropy method combined with D-S evidence synthesis theory to determine weights and establish an evaluation model to analyze the strength of marine resources development in the 11 coastal provinces and regions(excluding Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan)from 2002 to 2015,using the panel data model to analyze its evolution mechanism.The results show as follows:(1)The overall development intensity of Marine resources in China increased from 0.199 in 2002 to 0.370 in 2015,increased by 86%.The distribution features of the kernel density curve were shifted from “spiky symmetry” distribution to a “wide peak and long tail”,and the main peak was continuously moving to the high value region,and the kurtosis was decreased,and the range of the peak and tail was also significantly enlarged,it shows that the development intensity of Marine resources inChina has been improved obviously,and the regional difference is enlarged.The spatial pattern of the development intensity of marine resources is changed obviously,the provinces with high development intensity are from 0 in 2002 to 2 in2015.,and the region of low development intensity is reduced from 8 to 3,the space distribution is the highest in Tianjin and Hebei,followed by Jiangsu,other provinces development strength is relatively low.(2)The development intensity of China's Marine space resources shows that Tianjin,Hebei,Jiangsu,Shanghai are relatively high,while Hainan and Fujian are relatively low.The exploitation intensity of Marine mineral resources is far higher than that of other provinces in Tianjin and Hebei.the intensity of marine chemical resources development in all provinces is very high,The development intensity of Marine chemical resources in all provinces is very high,with 6 provinces including Tianjin all above 0.75,and 3 provinces such as Jiangsu declining year by year.Tianjin,Hebei,Shanghai,Jiangsu marine tourism resources development intensity is significantly higher and higher than Other provinces;Fujian,Guangdong,and Hainan are very limited,all below 0.09;offshore aquaculture intensity is higher in Fujian,Guangdong,Guangxi,and Hainan,and the offshore fishing intensity is higher in Hebei,Shandong,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,and Fujian.Guangdong,Guangxi and Hainan are all lower.(3)The economic development level has a certain driving effect on the development of marine resources,with an impact coefficient of 0.047.The influence coefficient of openness level is-0.0003,which has less impact.The influence coefficient of social investment level on marine resources development industry is2.28E-06,indicating that it has a certain positive impact on the increase of marine resource development intensity,but its effect is not great.The influence coefficient of industrial structure level is 0.838,which has obvious promoting effect.The level of human resources research has a significant promotion effect,and the influence coefficient is 109.764.The influence coefficient of government support is-2.097,which has a certain negative influence on the development intensity of Marine resources.
